Even though I saw some bad reviews, I took the chance because the item was quite cheap. I decided to pay an extra £1 for delivery by a carrier, which was a good decision. The ordering process was easy and I got regular updates on my order. The item arrived on Monday, as promised, and was well-packaged to prevent any damage. Some people might say there was too much packaging, but I was grateful for the extra care to keep my item safe. Overall, I was really impressed with the quick delivery and the quality of packaging.

Late delivery, damaged and poorly packaged gift
I was really let down by my experience with this company. The thing I ordered came way later than expected, and once it did arrive, it was all banged up because of shoddy packaging. I attempted to get in touch with the company several times about it, but they never bothered to reply. Their customer service was just shocking. I won't be giving them any more of my business, that's for sure.

I recently bought something from this company and I have to say, I was really let down with how long it took for my order to arrive. I ordered something that was meant to be in stock, got an email to confirm my order but then had to wait a whole 12 days with no sign of it being sent out. When I finally reached out to ask about where my order was, I was kept waiting for ages for a response.

Visited museum, overcrowded
When I visited the museum, it was so packed that I could hardly appreciate the art on display. Even though I bought tickets online for a set time, it was still really busy and hard to fully enjoy. There were so many people there that it was tough to walk around and properly see the exhibits. I was let down that the overcrowding took away from my overall enjoyment of the visit.

I bought a sleep aid from eVitamins not long ago and I was really pleased with the whole thing. Ordering it was easy peasy, no stress at all, and I thought the prices were pretty good too. It didn't take long at all for my package to arrive, less than two weeks. I was happy there were no extra charges, even though it was an international order and had to go through customs.

Compact home gym equipment
I recently bought some home gym equipment from this company and it was just what I was after. It was a doddle to put together and fits perfectly in my cramped flat. I liked how there were lots of different gear options on the website, which made it a breeze to find exactly what I wanted. The customer service team were really quick to respond and super helpful when I needed to ask about delivery times. The only thing I reckon could be better is if they offered an installation service for bigger bits and bobs, it would make things even easier. All in all, I'm chuffed with my purchase and would definitely think about shopping with this company again down the line.

Course experience cut short
The course I signed up for was really quite interesting, but I had to stop because of unexpected things happening. And then it all went downhill. They just kept reminding me and threatening me for payment, even after I told them what was going on. It's really not on to act that way, it's left me feeling really negative about the whole thing. I'd tell anyone thinking about using this service to seriously think twice before going ahead.
