    Replacement garden lantern

    I recently bought a new garden lantern as a replacement but ended up getting two by mistake. I sent an email to the company and they were really helpful in cancelling the extra order and giving me a quick refund. The delivery was speedy, I got my lantern in just 5 days and it's top-notch quality. The only downside is the instructions, they are quite difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. Despite that, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating!

    I recently treated myself to a pair of bedside tables with mirrors and crushed diamonds, and I have to say, I am totally in love with them! The quality is really top-notch and they look spectacular in my bedroom. Sure, the delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated, but that's just because these are not your everyday furniture items.     Simply Home Entertainment is really letting their customers down with the poor experience they're providing. They're not being upfront about what's in stock, leaving people waiting around for stuff that's not even there. The lack of communication about when these out-of-stock items will be back is just plain rude, making customers do all the chasing. And don't even get me started on the constant barrage of unwanted marketing messages - it's intrusive and seriously annoying. Despite asking them to stop, they just won't give it a rest.

    Recent purchase disappointed

    I made a purchase from this site recently and the customer service I received was really disappointing. I'm a regular customer and I've liked the items I've bought before, but this time I was really let down by the way my problem was dealt with. I had surgery and was in hospital during the return period, and when I got in touch with customer care for help, they seemed uncaring and not understanding of my situation. The problem was passed on to someone else, but it took a whole week to get a reply, and it was just an automated message from a "senior team" saying they couldn't do anything. I had spent over $600 on dresses, and the fact that they completely ignored my personal situation is really sad. I won't be buying anything from this site again, that's for sure.
