Product information provided over the phone
I recently gave the company a ring to get some info on their products, and I have to say, I was really impressed by the customer service rep I spoke with. They knew their stuff and were super professional. They answered all my questions clearly and to the point, helping me make a decision on what to buy. It was obvious they had been trained well and were really good at their job, which made the whole thing go smoothly and quickly. I'm really grateful for the great service I got on the phone call.
Brought 2 TVs and speaker
I bought 2 TVs and a speaker from Spacial in Northwich. The guy Gary was really helpful and didn't push us to buy the most expensive items. He showed us a range of options and the prices were fantastic. We will definitely return there in the future when we need anything else!
headphones
I recently found these amazing headphones on a website and they were surprisingly affordable. The delivery was incredibly quick - I placed my order in the morning and they arrived the very next day! The purchasing process was really easy and straightforward. The delivery came super quick, which was a nice surprise. The product itself was really good quality, no complaints on that front. However, I was a bit surprised when I saw that the box had clearly been opened before. It got me wondering if it was a customer return or a display model. But apart from that, everything else was all good.

I absolutely love getting things from this shop because they have such great discounts! Recently, I purchased two hi-fi items from them and they arrived really quickly. I bought a TV online not too long ago, but it ended up being faulty which was a bit disappointing. Denon CD/DAB receiver
I bought this Denon CD/DAB receiver from an online store and it was such a good deal. The price was really good, plus it came with next day delivery. The receiver itself is really high quality and I managed to easily connect it to my Denon main receiver and Bluetooth Tx. The fact that it already pairs for RX is a big bonus and the 2-year warranty makes me feel reassured.

I was so happy to see that Spatial Online had the item I was looking for and they even had free next day delivery. It saved me a lot of time and I got my order really quickly. I'll definitely be coming back to this online shop for my next shopping needs.
Rubber mounting pad adhesive issue
I recently bought something from this online shop, and I have to say, I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. The delivery got delayed because of a dodgy delivery company, which I can't really blame the seller for. But what really got to me was that I got no compensation even though I paid for next day delivery.
To top it off, the product I got had a little fault pretty soon after I got it, with the sticky bit of the rubber mount coming off. When I got in touch with customer service and sent them a photo of the issue, they were no help at all. Instead of offering me a replacement, they just asked me silly questions that didn't really help.
It felt like the company didn't really care about sorting out my problem, and I was left feeling pretty disappointed with the whole thing, to be honest.Next-day delivery
I ordered something for next-day delivery last Thursday and it arrived on time the next day, which was great. The packaging was really good and I was pleased with how everything went.
Faulty item
I bought something not too long ago that turned out to be faulty. When I told the seller about it, they told me to send it to the manufacturer for repair, which was a bit of a hassle since it wasn't based in the UK. Even after the item came back from the manufacturer supposedly fixed, it still had the same issue with the soundbar. I tried to get the seller to swap it for a new one, but they just kept saying I should send it back to the manufacturer for repair again. It feels like they're just trying to get rid of the problem once they've made the sale. I'll definitely be steering clear in the future.
Soundbar purchase
I was in the market for a soundbar and came across a fantastic one at this online shop! They had loads of choices available and the prices were really reasonable. Sonos move speaker
I bought a really cool speaker online and unfortunately it had a problem, but the customer service team at the online store was fantastic! They sorted out the issue quickly, organised for the faulty speaker to be collected, and sent me a replacement in record time. I wish more companies were as great as this one!
