Online dress purchase
I recently bought some dresses online and was really pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. At first, I wasn't sure about it because of some bad reviews, but I thought I'd take a chance anyway. The dresses came on time, but they didn't fit me as well as I'd hoped. One of them even had a broken zip. So, I got in touch with customer service through their chat and got a refund for that dress within 24 hours, which was pretty impressive. I had to send the other two dresses back at my own cost, which was a bit of a downer because I had to pay extra for shipping. But, I did get my refund for those dresses a week after they got them back, like they said I would. The quality of the dresses was okay for the price, apart from that zip problem.
Blue dress purchase
They only give you 7 days to send things back, even if it takes forever to arrive! And to top it off, they only offer store credit and make you pay for the return postage. The customer service was terrible as well, very unfriendly and unhelpful. I definitely won't be shopping here again!
Over $100 purchase, expedited shipping
I spent over $100 on stuff from this company, even paid extra to get it fast. But when the delivery guy dropped off my gear, he just left it on the street without even getting my autograph. I tried getting hold of their customer service and showed them proof of the slip-up, but they won't give me my money back. I've tried loads of times to sort this out and shown them the mistake, but all they keep offering is some credit for their store instead of giving me my cash back. It's really annoying and disappointing how little they seem to care about my problem. I've wasted so much time talking to them but still no fix in sight. If you're thinking of buying from this lot, especially in the USA, be careful.
Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought something online and it was a complete disaster. It took ages for my order to turn up, and when it did, it was all wrong. One dress was missing, another was see-through, the colour was off, and the sequin dress was shedding glitter like crazy. The clothes were terrible quality, and the customer service was non-existent. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
Returns policy, customer service, high return cost
I recently had a bit of a bad time with this company. The whole returns policy was a bit unclear, and I ended up forking out a massive £78.00 just to send back some stuff. And to top it off, the customer service was well below par. To make matters worse, I found out the warehouse is all the way in Australia, so returning the items was even more of a hassle and cost.
Description misleading
I can't believe the nerve of this company! I was looking at their products and found one that caught my eye. However, the description said it was strapless, even though the photos clearly showed it with straps. I was confused, so I decided to chat with them online for some answers. The representative said they'd pass my question to the product team, but couldn't give me a clear reply. When I asked about getting a refund if the item wasn't as described, they dodged the question. Not only did they ignore my concerns, but they were also rude. It's shocking to see such incompetence and lack of customer care from a company I've been loyal to for years. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Order not received
I'm really upset with the company as my order never showed up, even though the tracking said it did. I contacted customer service via email, and they said they sent another parcel, but the tracking number they gave me was fake. It's made me feel let down and annoyed because the company should be looking after their customers' orders properly. I made sure the website was safe before buying, but now I'm not sure if I can trust them.
Overpriced EU purchases
It's absolutely ridiculous how this company discriminates against us Europeans by not adjusting prices in the EU store. Why should we have to pay more just because of where we live? And to make matters worse, they don't even give us discount codes for the EU site like they do for the US and AUS sites. It's totally unfair, and I won't support a company that doesn't value all its customers equally.
Dress and accessories
I had a really bad time with the returns process. It was all done on the app, which was annoying because I much prefer using a desktop. I had to go through lots of steps and the whole thing was unclear. What they said about returns and what I actually had to do were totally different. Overall, I wouldn't suggest doing returns with this company.
Dress purchase from Showpo to Sweden
I thought I'd take a chance and order a dress from Showpo to Sweden, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I'd seen some mixed reviews, my order arrived in just 12 days - not bad for international shipping, right? At first, I wasn't sure about the quality of the material, it seemed a bit cheap. But you know what? The fit was spot on and I ended up really loving the dress. The only downside is that the prices, especially with shipping all the way to Sweden, are a tad high.
Bodycon dresses in size 10
I recently bought some really cute bodycon dresses from this shop, but they just don't fit right on me at all! I'm a size 10, but these dresses make me feel like I'm a completely different size. Even when I checked the sizing chart, it just didn't add up! And don't get me started on the zippers - they are just terrible. Every dress I purchased had faulty zippers that never worked properly. I had spent over $600 on dresses, and the fact that they completely ignored my personal situation is really sad. I won't be buying anything from this site again, that's for sure.
