XL-sized bargains
Don't bother wasting time looking elsewhere - Clearance XL is where you should head for great deals on XL-sized items. The range and standard of products are fantastic, and the support from the team was outstanding. I was thrilled when my order turned up in only 4 days. The 4 parcels of treats I got were wrapped up really nicely, with everything there and nothing broken. A huge thanks to all the staff at Clearance XL - I'll definitely be returning for more very soon. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Mobile phone and data plan
I'm really not happy with the phone and data plan I recently bought from this company. They messed up my number so I couldn't get calls or texts for over 2 weeks, plus they gave my personal details to someone else. I've been complaining for 6 months now and they haven't done anything about it. It's so frustrating. I've even lost business because of them. I'm going to the ICO and the ombudsman to complain about their bad customer service and data breach. I've wasted so much time in their shops and on the phone trying to sort this out, it's just not on.

Blood testing kit
I struggled a bit when I first tried to take a blood sample with the kit, but when I contacted customer service, they promptly sent me a new one. The next time, the improved finger sticks in the new kit worked really well. I was impressed by how quickly they sorted out my problem and gave me a solution. The test results were really useful, showing a food allergy that I hadn't known about before. Thanks to GetTested, I can now make changes to my diet for a healthier life.

An order with items that did not fit
I bought some stuff from your website not too long ago, but none of it fits me properly. Even though I checked the size guides, the clothes just seemed to be more suited for taller people, which was pretty annoying. I tried to contact customer service about it, but I haven't heard back yet. I really need to return the items and get a refund soon because the deadline for returns is coming up fast.

Puppy emergency
Our wee pup ended up having a fit after scoffing down something dodgy, and it was a proper frightening experience that cost us a pretty penny. Thankfully, the vet was just down the road and managed to sort him out sharpish. Lemonade came through like a champ, sending the cash to lend a hand within a couple of days. Big thanks for being there for us when we really needed the support!

Family road trip
Our family road trip was really special and something we'll always remember. Renting a vehicle for our adventure added to the excitement and the chosen vehicle was top-notch - comfy, fully equipped, and super clean, giving us a great space to travel in. The staff at the depot in Dublin were fantastic, providing excellent customer service and being really helpful during the rental process. The only downside was the pricing, which we thought was a bit expensive. In general, we'd give our experience a 5-star rating, but we'd appreciate more competitive pricing in the future.
