    Camera insurance purchase

    I strongly advise against dealing with this company. I thought by having camera insurance, I would be covered if anything happened to it. However, when my camera was stolen at the airport, they refused to give me any reimbursement. I was asked for excessive proof like a video of me using the camera, which doesn't make sense as the camera is used for recording, not to record me. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and kept saying it was my fault for the theft, calling me careless and negligent for not checking my camera until later. The customer service was terrible, and they made me feel like the theft was my own fault.

    Our wee pup ended up having a fit after scoffing down something dodgy, and it was a proper frightening experience that cost us a pretty penny.
