Print order disappointment
I bought a print from this company the other day, but when it turned up, the background was a totally different colour to what was on the website. It was a bit disappointing, to be honest. But I have to give credit where it's due, the customer service I got was really good. They sorted out my issues quickly and let me give the print to charity instead of sending it back.

The descriptions of the perfumes on Perfume Click are so accurate! I always know exactly what I'm getting when I order a new fragrance. The prices are even better than what I'd find at duty-free, which is a great bonus. I mean, what's not to like about that? Great job, Perfume Click! xx

Parcel trouble
So, I ordered some stuff and it was meant to be picked up at Asda, you know? But then Yodel was the courier and they didn't organise my parcel properly! Fortunately, the folks at Asda helped me track it down after a long wait. I've had better experiences in the past, to be honest.

Home care package purchase
I had a problem with my heating system, so I got in touch with the company for help. The engineers were really helpful and did a great job sorting out the issue. However, I had some trouble with the website when I tried to book an engineer, and ended up buying another home care package by mistake. I've been a loyal customer for more than 12 years, so it was annoying to come across this problem. I'm hoping to get a refund for the accidental purchase.

Bird feeders
I was really let down by the bird feeders I bought recently. Even though they came early, the description said they would stop some birds from getting to the food. But, jackdaws and magpies can still perch on them and eat as they please. It's causing a lot of seed and suet balls to go to waste. I'm not sure how to deal with this problem.
