Bedroom curtains
I wanted some new curtains for my room, yeah? I was really looking forward to getting them from this store, but oh my days, it was a total nightmare. I ordered them on the 21st of May and now it's the 23rd of June and there's still no sign of my curtains! What on earth?! And the worst bit is, they didn't even bother keeping me updated until I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Thank goodness for PayPal, they're sorting out getting my money back. Seriously, I wouldn't even consider buying from this place.

Lawnmower
I bought a lawnmower from Mowers Online not too long ago and, unfortunately, things didn't go too well. They were fine with taking my money, but when it came to answering my questions, they've been pretty useless. I've been waiting for a reply for almost 2 months now, and it's really getting on my nerves. It looks like once they've got your money, they couldn't care less about helping you out. My advice to others would be to check out other places for their gardening gear.

Top interest rate on a 1-year bond
Hey, I came across this really cool website that offered a really high interest rate on a 1-year bond. I thought, why not try it out and make some extra cash, you know? Setting up an account and putting my money in was pretty straightforward, but it did take a few days which was a bit frustrating because I wanted to start seeing my money grow straight away. All in all, I'm pleased with my choice to invest with them and I'm looking forward to hopefully getting some good returns down the line!

Policy coverage update
I recently tried to update my policy online to add more insured details, but even after putting in all the necessary info, the changes didn't show up. When I reached out to customer service for help, all I got back were those generic email replies telling me to input the information on the website again. No matter how much I tried to explain the problem, the responses just stayed automated and didn't help at all. This lack of personal touch in their customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole thing. It's clear that there's a real lack of human contact in their customer service team - it's all just computer-generated responses. So, I've decided to ditch my coverage with them and find a different provider that offers better customer support.

Dresses are the worst
Oh, it's so annoying! I bought 3 dresses and they never fit properly because the sizes are all wrong. Why can't they just sort it out? And to make it worse, they don't even offer refunds, just store credit. Not fair at all.
