I just have to tell you, as someone who adores top-notch lingerie, I am completely hooked on my latest buy of eight one-pieces in various colours. The care and skill that goes into each piece is outstanding. The materials are so luxurious and cosy, it makes me feel divine every time I slip them on. The designs are just gorgeous and they fit so well. I am head over heels for Gooseberry Intimates and their beautiful lingerie range.

Booked a delivery
So, I ordered something and the company made the biggest mistake ever by choosing DHL to deliver it! Like, come on, how hard is it to choose a decent delivery company. And then, they didn't even bother replying to my emails when my parcel got stuck somewhere. I had to wait for over TWO weeks just to get a refund. And even when they said I would get a refund, it took them forever to actually give it to me. It was such a hassle, like seriously. Finally, after a couple of weeks, I got my money back. I mean, come on, if you're a shop, at least use a decent delivery service that actually delivers the stuff on time. Ugh.

Skincare purchase
I recently bought some skincare products from this seller, and it turns out that one of the items was missing from my order. But I must admit, the customer service I got was top-notch. I got in touch about the missing item and they got back to me within just a couple of hours. The seller was really polite and sorted everything out efficiently. In no time at all, I had a tracking number for the missing product and it was on its way to me. I was seriously impressed with how fast and well they fixed the problem. It's obvious that they care about their customers and are proud of their business.

Stayed at a city hotel
I recently spent a week at this fabulous city hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the location was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I required. I'd like to give a big shoutout to Lien, Anastasia, Nasisah, and Promise for truly making my stay unforgettable. I'm already looking forward to returning in the future!

Excellent customer service
I have to say, the customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. I had a problem with my order, but the staff, especially Alice and Shannon, were so helpful. They were really friendly, polite, and patient in helping me, and they managed to solve the issue quickly. I was really impressed with how professional they were and how willing they were to help. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.

My order never arrived
I ordered this really cool outfit online, but it never arrived at my house. I was so surprised and a bit annoyed. I got in touch with them, and they just gave me a vague response that didn't help at all. I even made a complaint, but nothing came of it. It seems like they're not willing to give me a refund or sort out the issue. It's not fair because other websites I use always refund me if my order goes missing.
