Order attention, impressive product, amazing scent.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for sorting out the problem with my order so quickly and efficiently. The customer service team really went the extra mile to make things right. Wrong item purchase
Even though I accidentally bought the wrong item, I must say I had a great experience with the customer service team at Unineed. Holly and Rebecca were super quick, friendly, and really professional in sorting out my refund. Their efficiency and professionalism really made me feel like a valued customer. I'll definitely be shopping with Unineed again in the future after the great experience I had with their customer service team.
I spent loads of money on skincare stuff
I was really looking forward to pampering myself with some fancy skincare products, but when my delivery arrived, it was completely wrong. It felt like they just picked something at random for me. The whole situation was really disappointing, especially considering I splashed out nearly $500 on it. To make matters worse, it happened on Valentine's Day of all days! I've already fired off an email to try and get it sorted, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they fix it quickly.
Lost parcel refund
I recently had a problem with a parcel I was expecting as it got lost during delivery. After looking into it, Unineed gave me a refund promptly. It did take about a month to sort out, but I was really happy with the customer service from the company, they were very helpful. In the future, I think it might be a good idea for them to think about using a different delivery company to avoid this happening again.
Skincare purchase
I recently bought some skincare products from this seller, and it turns out that one of the items was missing from my order. But I must admit, the customer service I got was top-notch. I got in touch about the missing item and they got back to me within just a couple of hours. The seller was really polite and sorted everything out efficiently. So, I ordered 2 bottles but only received one! And the one I did get wasn't the correct one! I ordered the one with BROAD SPECTRUM, but the one they sent didn't have it! What's up with that, eh? It was so disappointing because I really needed the correct one. They really should check their orders before sending them out. It's just so frustrating!

Oops wrong address
Oh man, I messed up big time and gave the wrong address when I ordered something from Unineed. But the Unineed Team were so understanding and replied to my emails quickly. I had to hassle them a lot during the international delivery to get the address fixed, but they were really patient and got it sorted. Thankfully, the product arrived this morning without any problems. Huge thanks to Unineed!
Fast shipping, excellent customer service
I bought something from this company recently and was really pleased with how quickly it was shipped. However, a few days later, I found out that the item got sent back to the sender because of an incorrect address. I got in touch with their customer service team, who were really friendly and understanding.
