Dress for event
I recently bought a dress from this company for an event coming up and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The product I got was top-notch - great quality material and perfect fit. However, it didn't quite suit me like I thought it would. So, I decided to return it and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the returns process was. Had a little issue with the Returns Portal, but the customer service rep, who was really helpful and polite, sorted it out quickly. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience shopping with this company and would definitely come back for future events.
Wedding dress purchase
Oh wow, I absolutely loved the dress I bought, it was so beautiful! I wore it to my aunt's wedding and everyone said I looked like a princess in it! The dress was exactly like the photo, it fitted perfectly and was made of really nice material. I actually ordered two sizes just to be safe, but I ended up missing the return date. Luckily, Shannon from customer service was incredibly kind and allowed me to return it late. She made the whole process so simple, so a big thank you to Shannon! Overall, I am extremely happy with both my dress and the customer service. I will definitely be buying from here again!
Wedding dress order
I just wanted to share my experience with you all. So, I ordered this gorgeous wedding dress, but it somehow got lost during delivery. What a nightmare, right? But let me tell you, the customer service team that helped me out was absolutely amazing. There was this lovely lady called Sara, who was so nice and understanding. She gave me a few choices for a refund or credit, knowing how essential this dress was for my big day. Even though I was gutted about not having the dress for the wedding, I was honestly really impressed with the care and attention I got from them.
Black Bodycon Dress
The delivery experience I had with my black bodycon dress was a total nightmare. Auspost just sent it back without even giving me a heads up, it left me really angry. Luckily, I contacted customer service and Julie was amazing. She got back to me fast, took control of the situation, and even gave me a gift card to make up for it and sent my new order with express shipping. I was really impressed with how well they dealt with the problem, especially considering it was my first time buying from them. Huge thanks to Julie for coming to the rescue!
Black bodycon dress
I recently got this black bodycon dress that I ordered, and it's exactly what I expected from the website. It fits me perfectly and the quality of the material is really good. The only thing that let me down was how long it took to arrive. They said it would be 3-4 days, but it actually took a whole week. Besides that little hiccup, I'm happy with what I bought.
Maternity dress return
I just want to say a huge thanks to the staff at this amazing store for their fantastic customer service. I bought some maternity dresses but missed the return deadline. Shannon was so understanding and let me return them with kindness and empathy. It really made a difference and I'm so grateful for her help. I can't wait to shop here again once I've got my shape back after the baby is born.
Discount code not working
I managed to get a discount code for my very first order, was really looking forward to it. But when I attempted to use it, it ended up not working! I was really disappointed. I reached out to customer service and a lady named Bianca assisted me. She responded super swiftly, like within a day, and resolved the issue. She even refunded me the discount amount even though my order had already arrived. Bianca was incredibly kind, wish she was my pal! Oh, and to top it off, delivery from the UK to Ireland was unbelievably speedy!
Ordered wrong item, customer service experience
I ordered the wrong item by mistake, but luckily Shannon from customer service sorted it out for me. She cancelled my order and gave me a new discount code to buy the right item. It was all done in under 10 minutes. Honestly, this has been the best customer service I've had in ages. Shannon was quick, empathetic, and really went the extra mile to fix my error. I'm really impressed and thankful for the amazing service.
Excellent customer service
I have to say, the customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. I had a problem with my order, but the staff, especially Alice and Shannon, were so helpful. They were really friendly, polite, and patient in helping me, and they managed to solve the issue quickly. I was really impressed with how professional they were and how willing they were to help. I sent a message on Instagram asking about a product that was sold out, and I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Karolina replied quickly and let me know when the item would be back in stock, and she was really friendly and polite. I found this really cute outfit from here and had a little issue, but Beth sorted it out super quickly! She was really nice and helpful, makes me wish all companies were as awesome as this one.

The customer support I received was really great when I had to return some items because I was unwell. Shannon was so understanding and helpful, she gave me more time to return the items which was really kind. Her support was a real help and it meant a lot to me during a tough time. Forgot to add discount
I was really stressed because I forgot to put in my student discount code when I was ordering my stuff. But this lovely person called Chloe helped me out super fast! She was amazing and sorted it all in just 2 minutes. Now I've got my discount and I'm really happy!
bad customer service
The customer service was absolutely awful! They refused to let me cancel my order before it was dispatched. Now I'm stuck having to cover delivery and return charges. It's really unacceptable. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

I bought a maternity dress from this store recently and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The fabric is comfy and stretchy, which is ideal for my pregnant bump. Fast postage, delayed refund
I recently had a really disappointing and frustrating experience with the company. I bought something and paid extra for next day delivery, but then got charged for returns too. I think that's really old-fashioned and not okay in this day and age, and it doesn't reflect well on the brand's customer service. What really annoyed me was that it took a whole 10 working days to get my refund, which is way too long in today's fast-paced world. I had higher expectations from a well-known company, so I'm feeling pretty disheartened by this whole situation.
