Despite reading some negative reviews, I thought I'd take a chance and buy a pair of headphones from this place. I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the whole process was. I placed my order on a Monday and just to make sure, I gave them a call on Tuesday morning to check on my order. Luckily, I got through to someone quickly who confirmed that my headphones would be sent out that day. And they kept their promise - I got the dispatch confirmation and my headphones arrived well-packaged. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got from this company and would definitely suggest them to others.

Clove Technology really reminds me of how teachers would give out gold stars in Infant School, but let me tell you, their service is far from being childish. I have actually bought four phones from them, and every time it has been a great experience. The whole process from exploring their website to placing my order was simple and stress-free. Their customer service team was also fantastic, always ready to help and quick to respond to any questions I had. I really like how they make buying a phone online so effortless and smooth.

I bought a secondhand phone from this company recently, and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the quality of the product. The phone looks like it has been used a lot - it's slow and sometimes doesn't even turn on properly when I try to use it. Paying full price for what seems like a secondhand phone is just not on. I was hoping for better quality for the amount I paid.
Ring Video doorbell
I recently bought a Ring Video doorbell from Clove Technology, but had a major issue trying to register it to my Ring account. It turns out the device was already registered to someone else, causing a frustrating 15-day delay for the transfer process. I emailed Clove Technology to ask about the previous registration and if the product was new, but I still haven't heard back. I also tried calling them, but just got a recorded message saying to email my enquiry. This lack of communication and poor customer service is really disappointing.
Booked a delivery
So, I ordered something and the company made the biggest mistake ever by choosing DHL to deliver it! Like, come on, how hard is it to choose a decent delivery company. And then, they didn't even bother replying to my emails when my parcel got stuck somewhere. I had to wait for over TWO weeks just to get a refund. And even when they said I would get a refund, it took them forever to actually give it to me. It was such a hassle, like seriously. Finally, after a couple of weeks, I got my money back. I mean, come on, if you're a shop, at least use a decent delivery service that actually delivers the stuff on time. Ugh.
Headphones order cancelled
I ordered a pair of headphones that were marked as in stock, paid for them in full, but sadly my order got cancelled. I got my money back and received an email saying sorry, stating they actually had no stock left. The very next day, I spotted the same headphones being advertised again but with a higher price tag. As a result, I decided to buy them from a different retailer instead. It would be a good idea for the company to work on their stock management system to prevent this from happening again in the future.
First order cancelled due to price increase
My experience with Clove Technology was really disappointing. I placed my order on a Friday night, paid in full, only to get an email on Monday saying it was cancelled because apparently I requested it, which I definitely did not. To make things worse, I saw that the price had gone up by a lot, so I decided to go somewhere else. I thought the service was totally unprofessional as they should have stuck to the original price and order. I definitely won't be using or suggesting Clove Technology in the future.
iPhone Apple case
The ordering process was really quick and simple, and I got my iPhone case delivered the very next day. I was so happy to see that the case arrived in its genuine Apple packaging, completely unopened and in perfect condition.
