Good products, delivery issues
I've bought quite a few things from here and they've all been really good quality. But, the main problem for me has been the delivery service. I've paid for next day delivery a few times, but the last three packages didn't arrive when they were supposed to. Lovehoney uses Amazon for delivery, and when I got in touch with them about the delays, they said there was a hold up with the delivery.

Recent stay for a function
I recently stayed at the hotel for an event and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is nicely tucked away from the road, offering stunning countryside views. The grounds have a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The rooms were cosy and equipped with everything I needed. They were clean and well-kept, with a great shower. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, including a Jacuzzi, steam rooms, and sauna. The food served at the event was delicious. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

Repackaged products
The products I got were a letdown compared to what I saw on the website. It's clear that they're just rebranded Alibaba items being sold for way more than they're worth. I wouldn't suggest buying from this website since it's just not worth the money. After this, I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

I was really happy with the service I got from this company. I sent in a question online and they got back to me quickly the next day. The delivery of my order went smoothly without any big problems. The only thing I would say is that they only answer calls and help with questions until 1 pm every day, which might not be ideal for people needing help later on. But I guess it means they can concentrate on getting orders ready in the afternoon.
