Poor quality clothing
I have to admit, this company sells clothes that are really poor quality and they don't take any responsibility. The clothes I bought started falling apart after a few wears, and the stitching was clearly not good enough. I contacted customer service to ask about getting a refund or exchanging the items, but they were not helpful at all and didn't apologise. I was really let down by the product and the lack of help from the company. It was a terrible experience overall and I wouldn't recommend shopping there.
Orange sweater purchase
I recently popped into one of their shops in Emporia and I was really impressed with the service and the cool design of their clothes. The staff were so nice and knew their stuff, which made shopping there a breeze. I ended up buying a really nice orange jumper, a colour that you don't often see in other shops, and I was really pleased with how well it fit and the quality of the material. The only downside was that they didn't have as many choices for women as I hoped, I would have liked to see a bit more variety for us ladies.
3 Chinos and 1 Blazer
I've recently bought 3 chinos and 1 blazer from your store and I have to say, I'm really happy with the quality. They look modern, fit nicely, and the sizes were spot on. Luckily, I didn't have to send anything back, which is a relief when shopping online. The delivery was fast and the customer service was great. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely think about buying from you again, unless something goes wrong with washing or cleaning the clothes.
My first order, super impressed!
I recently bought some clothes online and I have to say, the customer service was absolutely fantastic! They assisted me with everything I needed and the delivery was super fast. The clothes themselves were really lovely and the packaging was pretty cool as well!
Exceptional customer service
I just want to give a massive shout out to the customer service I got from this company. It was my fault for sending back the wrong package, but they were so lovely and really helped to get everything sorted - sorting out the packages and getting me refunded. Their professionalism and how quick they were stood out to me, and I really appreciate all their help. Thanks a lot!
Saw advert on social media
I came across an advert on social media offering two items for £119, and I decided to give it a try. Despite a small shipping delay, I received the items and I'm thrilled with them! The material is durable and matches the pictures on the website. The size guide was a bit tricky to understand, but I used my waist and chest measurements to pick the right size, and it fits like a glove. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again as the quality for the price surpasses what I can find in other UK stores.
Took ages, no compensation
I ordered some things from this place ages ago and they still haven't shown up. They didn't even give me a discount or anything for the hassle, like seriously?! And when I emailed them for help, the person who got back to me didn't even write properly and just said to cancel my order. So not cool, mate. I can't even judge if their stuff is any good because I don't even have it yet.
Woolen sleeve with blue stains
I'm really disappointed because after I washed my woolen sleeve on the delicate cycle, I noticed some blue stains. I tried reaching out to customer support, but they said it was my fault for putting it in the washing machine and didn't want to do anything about it. The lack of quality and unhelpful response from customer service left me feeling really let down. I definitely wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone.
Repackaged products
The products I got were a letdown compared to what I saw on the website. It's clear that they're just rebranded Alibaba items being sold for way more than they're worth. I wouldn't suggest buying from this website since it's just not worth the money. After this, I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Online purchase and return policy
I bought something online not too long ago but had to send it back because it didn't fit properly. What was annoying was that on top of the return postage, they also added a processing fee of around €7. According to European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), companies aren't supposed to charge customers for returns, except for the actual cost of sending the item back. This whole situation has made me feel let down and unsure about shopping with that company in the future.
Cotton-silk t-shirt
Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I splashed out on this really pricey t-shirt, and it ended up getting a massive hole in it after just wearing it four times! I followed the instructions on the label and even flat dried it, but still, it happened.
When I contacted the company about it, they pretty much blamed me and only offered a measly 20% off coupon, which anyone can get anyway. It's like they were more concerned about shutting me up than actually sorting out the problem. I'm so let down by their response!Fit of chinos changed
I recently bought a pair of chinos from the shop and I was really disappointed because the fit was totally different. I'd already bought two pairs in 2022 that fitted perfectly, nice and slim. But this new pair I got has a much looser fit in the thigh and leg, and the ankle opening is now nearly 2cm wider. They didn't say anything about this change on the website, and the size chart with measurements still hasn't been updated to show the new fit. It's annoying to have to start the whole process of finding a chino that fits well all over again, especially when most high street options just don't meet my needs.
Black turtleneck
The deliveries from this company are always on time, sometimes even early. The quality of the fabrics is really good and I've had lots of compliments since I started buying from them. My favourite items are their turtlenecks, although I was a bit let down that they didn't have a black one and I had to go for navy blue instead.
Unwanted junk mail and texts
I bought something from this shop a while back, but I've been regretting it ever since. The amount of junk mail and texts they send me is just ridiculous. I've tried to unsubscribe several times, but it never seems to work. Eventually, I had to report them as spam because I got tired of constantly seeing their emails and texts in my inbox. Dealing with it is really frustrating and annoying.
I won't be shopping at this store again, that's for sure. Dealing with their unwanted messages is just not worth it. I'd recommend others to think carefully before giving them your contact details.Men's underwear purchase
Don't bother buying the men's underwear from here - they all had holes in them. The blue ones were the worst, getting holes after only one wear. The quality was really bad, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Got my order today
I received my order today and it was packed really professionally. It was wrapped nicely and felt like good quality when I opened it. Can't fault it at all!
Clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from this shop recently and I was really impressed with the quality and style of the items. The prices were fair and the products were definitely worth it. I was surprised by how fast the delivery was, even though it was being sent from abroad. A nice touch was the hand-written thank you note that came with my package. All in all, I had a great experience shopping with this retailer.
Woolen coat purchase
I bought a wool coat from this company not long ago and I was really let down by the state it came in. The coat was all crumpled up and I had to fork out more money to get it cleaned properly at the dry cleaners to sort out the creases. When I got in touch with the company to let them know about the problem, they were pretty unhelpful and wanted me to send photos. But I couldn't do that as I'd already taken it to the cleaners. Their lack of empathy and bad customer service really got on my nerves and left me feeling annoyed and out of pocket.
Poor customer service experience
I had such a bad time with this company. I waited a whole week for my package to arrive, but there were no updates. So, I decided to contact customer support, and they were no help at all. They just told me to wait five more days before getting in touch again if my package still hadn't turned up. It felt like they were avoiding taking responsibility and placing it all on me. In the end, I had to ask for a refund due to their poor communication and lack of support.
Knitted blazers purchase
I bought a couple of knitted blazers from this company recently, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the products. The blazers are amazing, and I'm already thinking about getting more stuff from them in the future. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is top-notch, and I can see myself coming back for more.
