    Mayfair midi snd micro hat bag

    Abysmal service. I recently decided to buy a micro lion hat bag after I saw it in their store in Dubai last year. When I went on the site I was delighted to find it on sale and decided to buy it and a midi mayfair bag and a wallet and treat myself.
    When the first bag arrived it was packed poorly and was not in a box, upon inspection I fond scratches and defects galore all over the bag, before I had noticed the defects I contacted them to ask for a box to keep my precious new bag in and the lady on the phone said boxes were standard but they had run out and that's why my bag arrived in a gift bag, she then told me she would try and get a box for me. I only received an email not long after asking me to pay 5 pounds for the box and 5 pounds P&P, I didn't dignify that email with an answer I tell you. Are you crazy? You didn't pack my bag properly and expect me to pay fir that?
    After all that, I realised the bag was full of defects so contacted them yet again and sent photos as proof. I was dealing with someone called Grace at this point, she apologised and went on to say that all bags are thoroughly checked before shipping ( side eye) and s I should send it back for an exchage. Ok I said ,so I will send it back but can you please hold a bag for me because there are only 2 left in stock and I am afraid it might sell out before the return is processed. No she said, we don't hold stock. Ok so let me get this straight, you send me a jacked up bag and won't even ensure I get another one even though it's clearly your fault? Absolute madness! This company doesn't know how to treat their customers. Disgusted at how I've been treated. Will not be purchasing from them again.

    I am not sure how i landed on the site but i am very grateful that i did. I was looking for a place where i can buy a camera. this is awesome and pls do try this. The quality is good and the safety is assured.

    Do not buy from this company,order number 100048466 still have not got full refund after they took my money on 3rd march this year very poor response after sending emails,no good phoneing just keep you on hold to make more money if only I could give 0 stars.

    Then you are one of the few that has received their goods.

    Do not use this company they owe me £600 back for a fridge freezer I ordered and now I have no response from them sicking experience.

    Totally agree, do not use this company they owe me £683.00 for 2 fridge freezers I ordered and no response and no refund. I am now contacting my credit card company for help.

    I have also been stolen from by Power Direct. Does anyone have advice on how to get a refund please? I missed the deadline for a chargeback from my bank since I was trying to contact them for months and they lied about delivery times. Financial Ombudsman won't take my claim as they do not deal with this type of company. Citizen's Advice told me to use their complaints service and ask them for a refund but obviously they don't respond and now all their email accounts have been disabled. Thank you in advance for any help.

    Armajit Singh a former director is connected to the current staff who he tells me are furloughed. And yet they are not trading. Pursue them - report them to the police and anti fraud. I also got a response from the accounts@ email address. They have both been involved in previous company Empire that folded.

    I have been scammed buy PowerDirect Power EC is where money goes to. You must take action report them to Citizens Advice Leeds. Keep up the good work DM.

    Taken my money too not responding to my emails

    I have ordered fridge in September 2020 for £900 from this company, until now no fridge in my home!!! For last 3 months nobody responds back to my emails, to assist me with any explanation, absolutely nightmare!!!!

    Unfortunately like those above i paid for a fridge on 25th Jan and heard nothing since. There's no number to call, and no email responses. I guess its money lost - although I have raised the issue with my bank. Order #100061001

    The following is a true representation of what happened to me, and oddly the reviews here say such similar things, to others as well.
    Ordered a Bed, delivery planned for 3-4 weeks. on week 3 I got a notification that delivery would be the next day. at 7 that evening i got a call saying the van had broken down (how often does a van really break down looking at these reviews) and the company would ring the next day to re-arrange delivery, I offered to stay up in case the AA that the driver was waiting for got the van going, as long as the company stayed in touch, which they didn’t. That evening at 11:45 PM I received a text saying the bed would be delivered within 3 hours, I went back to sleep, I felt safe to assume it wouldn’t.
    By 3pm the next day I felt the need to ring the company as I hadn’t heard from them at all. The man who answered the phone assured me that the delivery was being re-scheduled for the following day, or the next day and I would receive confirmation that evening. Which I didn’t.
    I have no bed and no offer of a delivery.
    Please, please go elsewhere and save the rouble of trying to claim this back via a credit card company which I know have to do.

    Me and my fiancé both work as key workers for the NHS and TFL prior to the covid 19 pandemic we had booked our wedding and honeymoon. Our wedding has been cancelled which was out of our control due to the current situation, therefore we hoped to get our refund back on our honeymoon as good will gesture from Destination2 as we had only paid the deposit.

    We were due to pay the remaining balance by the end of April for the honeymoon in July. We received an email chasing the balance and responded explaining that due to the limitations on travel and the current situation of lockdown that we are very much needed at this time to work on the front line and that holidays in the next few months are highly unlikely to be allowed so is anything being done about holiday and payments in the near future.

    We both are still working the front line during this time as well as having as 12 year old child with underlining respiratory issues we are shielding-in isolation. Our main concern is to be able to focus on doing all we can during this difficult time in aiding the government to get through the pandemic and to save lives.

    BUT INSTEAD WE ARE CHASING UP our travel company explaining the current situation and that holidays aren't happening at the moment due to the pandemic occurring. Working as a member of the NHS I see first hand how this time is needed for FULL commitment by its staff. That being said we are not prepared to cancel and loose out on money as well as forfeit deposits and incur additional cancellation charges because the country is in lockdown and all this company wants is money. COVID 19 isn’t our fault so we shouldn’t be penalised for a worldwide problem, THERES A TRAVEL BAN.

    I have emailed several times and chased up customer services RECEIVING NO RESPONSE and just getting an automated system by email and text message. I even sent a formal complaint about lack of communication and regard to the outstanding balance no response once again just another threatening message demanding payment.

    All they want is money and do not care about the sacrifices made by key workers and the general public at this time. Threatening to take legal action for balances that have only just been due on the 27/04/2020 during a worldwide pandemic is ridiculous as who would pay for a holiday that can’t even go on when the world is in lockdown.

    It’s despicable behaviour to not even attempt to help out your customers in a crisis like this, laws are changing all the time to adjust to the outbreak and repeatedly asking for payments when the future is untold is outrageous.

    Lack of compassion for the current state and how worried people are about their futures as well as finances, they don’t even consider what anyone could be going through and just write you off to their legal team with no regard to all the emails and calls I’ve made, no suggestions or ways to help during this time. When you are booking they bombard you with options and are happy to help with anything but now they seem to have gone silent.

    As a huge company customers should be valued and supported they seem to do this when you are paying them BUT they have no regard for the current state of the public and how quickly lives are being taken.
    CLEARLY MONEY COMES FIRST, GREED IS A UGLY TRAIT.
