Carrying my new TV home
Oh my goodness, the staff at this place were absolutely fantastic! They kindly assisted me in loading my new TV into my car and even provided me with some helpful tips on how to set it up. They were incredibly friendly and had beaming smiles on their faces throughout. I was truly grateful for their assistance and the quick, stress-free service I experienced. I was amazed at how effortlessly I was able to get my new TV home and start watching my favourite shows. I will definitely be returning here for all my electronic needs in the future!

Necklace purchase
I bought a lovely necklace from a jewellery shop recently. But, when I tried to text them about the price being too high, I had some trouble. It looks like they've blocked my number because of my complaint. This isn't good customer service at all and it's not right. Customers should be able to share their opinions, good or bad, without worrying about getting shut out. Businesses should learn from feedback and not just block people who criticize them. I really hope they sort this out soon so I can keep enjoying their jewellery without feeling silenced.

Mixed delivery experience
I bought something from The Drink Shop not long ago and I have to say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Ordering was easy, no problem there, I picked my stuff and chose a delivery date no bother. But when delivery day rolled around, it was a bit of a letdown. Less than half of what I ordered turned up, and on top of that, there was no note or anything explaining why. I phoned up straight away to ask about the missing bits, and the customer service team didn't seem to know what was going on. Got me wondering how they could not realise they hadn't sent everything out. They said the rest of my order would come the day after, but after reading some other reviews online, I've got a bit of worry creeping in. Now I'm waiting to see if the rest of my order appears when they say it will.

Lack of invitations, low payout threshold, limited opportunities to search for surveys, long waiting times.
As a customer at LifePoints, I must say I was pretty let down by the lack of survey invitations compared to other sites. The payout threshold of 5 euros is quite low, but it doesn't really make a difference when there are hardly any chances to make money. Unlike other websites, you can't look for surveys yourself, so you might end up waiting for days without getting any surveys. This waiting game can be really frustrating and discouraging for people who want to earn a bit of extra cash.

I recently bought some tickets for a really popular attraction and I have to say, I was well chuffed with how everything went. It was dead easy and quick, and I got the tickets sent to me via email in no time. This lovely lady called Sarah, who works for customer service, was dead helpful and nice. She sorted out my question proper quick and in top-notch way. I’ve used this website to buy tickets loads of times now and every single time, I’ve had mint service. I reckon anyone wanting to get tickets for different places in Florida should definitely give them a go. Highly recommended!

Item availability issue
I bought something on this website and was really let down to discover that the thing I wanted was actually out of stock, even though it said it was available online. The company didn't let me know that the item wasn't available. When I got in touch with them, they just kept telling me that the item was in stock at a different warehouse, which turned out to be untrue. Finally, they came clean and said that I'd have to wait 28 days to get my order.
