Refurbished phone
I bought a second-hand phone from Affordable Mobiles not too long ago and it's been a bit of a nightmare. Even though my first impression was good, the phone has been giving me nothing but trouble. It keeps saying there's no sim card in when there clearly is, and I've been having issues with calling, texting, and using WhatsApp. On top of that, I still haven't received a referral bonus I was promised 8 months ago, which makes me doubt the company's honesty. All in all, my time with Affordable Mobiles has been a letdown and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Poor quality products, bad return policy
I was really let down by the stuff I bought from that shop. It was way too expensive and honestly, pretty shoddy. They didn't last long at all. Plus, when I wanted to return them, it was such a hassle. I had to make sure it got there within a certain timeframe, even though I'd sent it back as soon as I could. It just doesn't seem fair to expect everyone to stick to such rigid rules, especially when delivery times can be so unpredictable.

Online trade experience
When it comes to selling and collecting my stuff from Ziffit, I've had a few problems with missing items in my orders. I try to be really careful when I sell my items, taking pictures and checking everything off a list, but somehow things have gone missing twice out of the six trades I've done. I'm pretty sure the missing items were in the packages I sent, but so far I've only been refunded for one of the issues. Also, I've noticed that there are certain standards for the condition of books, but it seems like different checkers have different ideas of how strictly to judge the condition.

Shoes falling apart
So, I got these shoes, yeah? And, like, only after 3 weeks, there was this massive hole in the side! I was proper gutted, you know? But I took loads of pictures, loads of them, and I sent them over to customer support. And, guess what? They totally sorted me out with a brand new pair of shoes right away! The folks I spoke to were really friendly and just wanted to make sure I was, like, satisfied and all. It was seriously cool of them!

Cream blush
I've been struggling to get hold of this cream blush I ordered in June! They kept changing the delivery date, and now it's the end of August with still no sign of it. I've reached out to customer service twice, but they haven't replied. They've even asked for a review when I haven't received the product. Now it's out of stock once more, and I'm left with nothing.

I recently bought a wooden bed frame from this shop and I must say, I was really impressed by the quality and service I got. The Boston Solid Wood Bed Frame was not only beautifully made, but it was also really simple to assemble. The packaging was strong and kept my bed frame safe during delivery. The delivery service was great too, I paid a small fee for them to bring the boxes right to my door, which was so handy for me as I have a broken foot. The customer service team even called me after delivery to check if I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at this store.
