I bought a new appliance from Appliances Direct, but it didn't show up on the day it was supposed to because of problems with the courier. I ended up having to make lots of annoying phone calls to their customer service team, and to make matters worse, their contact number is one of those expensive premium-rate lines. So not only did I have to fork out a load of cash to find out where my delivery was, but I was also really let down by how unclear they were in keeping me in the loop.

12x8 garden shed
I bought a 12x8 garden shed from this company not long ago. Sadly, I had a really bad time dealing with their service. I tried to contact the owner several times, but they never got back to me. And even though they promised, the shed delivery was postponed three times, which was a huge hassle for me. As someone battling cancer, the extra trips I had to make to get the shed only made things worse for my health. Eventually, they just refunded my money without saying sorry or giving any explanation. In my opinion, I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company because they can't be trusted.

Tennis racket purchase
I purchased a tennis racket from this website, and it was a complete disaster. Firstly, they informed me that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock two days later, so I had to remove it from my cart despite already paying for it! When I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful, only sending me back generic automated replies. To add insult to injury, the delivery was scheduled to arrive yesterday, but the courier hasn't even collected it yet! And would you believe it, I still haven't received a refund for the unavailable item. Such a disappointment!

I got this top for my dad's birthday and he really loved it! He was so happy when he opened it, had a big smile on his face. The top looked really good on him too. The delivery was on point as well, so thanks for making his birthday so great!

Two bunches of flowers for my mum
I bought two bunches of flowers for my mum's birthday and they were meant to be really lovely, but they turned out looking sad and droopy. I was expecting them to be fresh and beautiful, but they were really not good value for money. I felt really let down!
