Gun order
I ordered a really cool gun from Dai Leisure online. I placed my order on Wednesday night and by Thursday lunchtime, I got a phone call asking when I would be home to get my delivery. The next day, on Good Friday, the driver arrived right on time! He was really friendly and said that if I had any problems with the gun, I could call Dai Leisure and they would replace it. Such a great online ordering service!

Portable power supply purchase
I was really disappointed with the delivery service from this company. I waited all day for my portable power supply to arrive, only to get a notification at 4pm saying there was a "time constraint preventing delivery". They didn't give me any idea of when to expect it beforehand, which left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. When I tried to get in touch with them, they didn't respond at first. Eventually, when they did reply, they told me it would come on Monday, despite my worries about leaving an expensive and heavy battery outside. To my surprise, the product actually arrived on Saturday while I was out, and they just left it on my doorstep. Luckily, it didn't rain, but the lack of care for delivering such a valuable item is really shocking.

Gas BBQ purchase
I recently bought a Gas BBQ from Cookology and I was happy with how quickly it was delivered. Putting the BBQ together was pretty easy, but some of the instructions were a bit confusing and in a couple of instances, they were wrong. For instance, it said to loosen screws when actually I needed to remove them, which caused a bit of a mix-up. However, once everything was assembled, all the parts fitted together nicely. Now, I just need to get a gas bottle to check if the BBQ works alright.
