Bench seating measurements wrong
The staff from this company came round twice to measure up the bench seating I wanted, and would you believe it, they got it wrong both times! They sent me three sketches with their measurements, and all three were wrong. Then to top it off, they kept bothering me about paying the deposit. Just yesterday, they had the cheek to email me threatening to void my estimate if I didn't pay the deposit immediately. What sort of customer service is that? It's no surprise I ended up cancelling my order!

super-fast delivery
I received my shoes quite quickly and found a lovely note inside wishing me luck with them. It was a really nice touch! I will definitely be returning to this shop for more shoes in the future.

Damaged door
The door I bought turned up all bashed up under the cardboard wrapping, showing it was packed like that. Pretty gutting to get a damaged item, especially when the packaging looked fine. But fair play, the customer service team sorted it out sharpish and gave me a solution. Even though the start was a bit rubbish, the way they dealt with it was top-notch.

SIM only contract
I recently signed up for a SIM only contract and it's actually quite good. It's a great deal, especially since I changed from a different network. The only issue is that the network coverage isn't fantastic where I live, but thankfully I can use VoWiFi. When I went to the US, it was a bit tricky and costly to use my phone there. I haven't been to Europe recently, so I haven't had the chance to take advantage of the free roaming there. But all in all, I appreciate the fixed costs of my contract.

Optifast products
I recently bought some Optifast products online and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the whole experience. First off, they threw in 8 soups and an Optifast handbook as a free gift, which I wasn't really keen on. I would have much preferred the option to choose my own freebie, or even a discount on the shakes - especially since they've upped the prices lately. And to top it off, when I asked about a discount on the delivery fee, the customer service chap suggested I spend an extra 29 pence to qualify, even though I already had the unwanted free gift. It all just felt a bit cheeky on the company's part, to be honest.
