    Low price and fast delivery

    As a customer at MyMemory, I was really pleased with how cheap the item I bought was. It was way cheaper than what other shops were charging, which was a great bargain for me. On top of that, the delivery came quicker than I thought it would, so that was a nice surprise. All in all, can't complain at all about the price and how quickly it arrived.

    50th birthday cake

    I ordered a 50th birthday cake at the last minute as I totally forgot about the event. However, to my surprise, the cake arrived with plenty of time to spare. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The photo print on the cake was fantastic, and the personal touch was just right. And let's not forget about the chocolate cake itself - it was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I received many compliments from the party guests. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

    I've just bought a magazine subscription from Kelsey Media and I've got to say, it was a great experience. Daisy Angelo was so helpful and had a really positive attitude when helping me out with my purchase. She gave me all the info I needed and made the whole process really easy and quick. The variety of magazines they offer at Kelsey Media is really impressive, covering a wide range of interests and preferences. I managed to find exactly what I was after without any trouble at all.     Troublesome refund process

    I was really let down by the customer service at this store. It was a nightmare trying to return an item and get a refund from Flannels. They not only made me pay for return postage but also refused to give me my money back, claiming some vague 'violation of their terms'. They didn't even bother to explain or give any specific reasons, just referred me to a standard paragraph in their terms and conditions. And to make matters worse, they sent the package back to me without charging for postage, which just seemed like a petty move after all the trouble they caused me.

    T-shirts purchase

    I recently bought three t-shirts from this shop, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the material they used. The fabrics were top-notch, much better than what you'd normally get from high-street brands. The prices were fair too, considering how good the products were. When my order arrived, I was happy to see that each item was carefully wrapped in plastic bags to make sure they didn't get damaged during delivery. Plus, everything came on time, which made my experience even better. Overall, I couldn't find anything wrong and I'm already thinking about coming back for more stuff in the future. I'll definitely be telling my friends about this shop.

    Swim dress

    I bought a swim dress for my friend's birthday but it never showed up. I got in touch with them over live chat and had a chat with Ashley. Turns out, the dress was out of stock and there was no word on when it would be back. I requested to cancel the order and went for a pricier one instead. But there's been no confirmation that the initial order was cancelled!

    Yearly subscription refund issue

    I'm really not happy with the customer service at this company. I've been trying to get a refund for a payment that was taken out on the 27th of February 2024 for an annual subscription that I forgot to cancel. Despite all my efforts, I haven't managed to get my £39.99 direct debit refunded. I'm feeling really frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and help from the company. Sadly, this whole experience has left me with a bad feeling, and I won't be using their services again in the future.
