Personalised balloon bubbles
I recently got some personalised balloon bubbles for a special event and I have to say, they looked absolutely amazing! The ordering process was easy and stress-free. DPD had trouble finding the venue for delivery, but the Party Pieces customer service team quickly sorted it out and made sure the balloons arrived right on time the next day. Christmas Eve box for stocking stuffers
My family has a nice tradition of swapping gifts on Christmas Eve, and the Christmas Eve box from Party Pieces was just right for holding all the little stocking fillers we had picked out for each other. 18th birthday party supplies
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years and have always been happy with the top-notch products and great customer service they offer. My latest experience with them was even better than usual. I forgot to order stuff for my daughter's 18th birthday bash, so I placed an order on the morning of 21 December. Despite it being so close to Christmas and all the problems with mail, the package arrived the very next day, thanks to the next day delivery option I went for. I was thrilled with the lovely personalised banner and the quality of everything in the package. Thanks a lot for coming to the rescue!
Party supplies for a birthday party
I recently bought some supplies for a birthday party and was really pleased with what I got. The quality was good and they really added to the fun at the event. However, I would have liked to have more updates on when the delivery was coming. I only found out on the day they arrived, which was tricky as I was at work. It would have been handy to know if they were at the depot or on their way so I could sort something out with a neighbour to take the package. The lack of info was a bit frustrating and could have been better.
Cake purchase
I've ordered from this company in the past and it was brilliant, but this year was a bit disappointing. The cake arrived on time, which was good, but it was smaller than I thought and didn't taste as nice as before. I paid £36.00 for it, so I was hoping for better quality.
50th birthday cake
I ordered a 50th birthday cake at the last minute as I totally forgot about the event. However, to my surprise, the cake arrived with plenty of time to spare. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The photo print on the cake was fantastic, and the personal touch was just right. And let's not forget about the chocolate cake itself - it was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I received many compliments from the party guests. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

I recently made a purchase from this store and it was great! Though, they accidentally sent me two Father Christmas tea towels instead of one, which was a bit odd but I don't mind. The other design I wanted was out of stock, but I'll keep the extra tea towel because they're lovely. I'll definitely be ordering from this store again for birthdays and other occasions.
80th birthday cake
I bought a cake for my mum's 80th birthday from this company, and though it arrived on time, I was disappointed to see that the image on the cake was wonky and covered in black ink spots. I emailed customer service straight away to raise my concerns, but I still haven't heard back. Overall, the whole experience was pretty disappointing, and the quality of the product wasn't up to scratch.
Balloon for nephew's first birthday
I got this really cool balloon for my nephew's first birthday and it's been amazing! It's a lovely blue colour with his name printed on it, and it's been floating around for five whole weeks now. It's in all his photos and everyone adores it!

I can't get enough of ordering personalised stuff from this company, they're just brilliant. My most recent buy was a custom banner and table runners with pictures of all the top dogs at my workplace. The products are top quality, great value for money, and the service I got was impeccable. I can't praise this company enough.
Cookie delivery order
The website let me order a cookie for delivery in two weeks' time. But, after I paid, they told me the date wasn't free. It took them six weeks to give me my money back, even though I had to ask multiple times. I was really annoyed and let down by the whole thing.

I ordered some plates and pink napkins for my mum's party and they arrived really quickly! They looked so lovely and really added to the party atmosphere. There were loads of great options on the website, so I'll definitely be ordering from them again for my birthday party next month.

I was really let down by how my items were packed. While the products themselves were fine, it was clear that no care had been taken when putting them in the box. As a customer, I want my items to arrive in good condition, especially when they're for special occasions like parties. Some of the items had damaged packaging, which was a shame as they were meant to be gifts. I hope the company can do better when packing items to make sure everything arrives in one piece.
