Faulty memory card replacement
I bought a memory card from this company not too long ago and, wouldn't you know it, one of them turned out to be faulty. I didn't actually realise until a few months had passed, but when I got in touch with their customer service team, they were really helpful and sorted everything out in no time at all. They got back to me quickly and the replacement process was super speedy, so all in all, it was a great experience for me as a customer.
Low price and fast delivery
As a customer at MyMemory, I was really pleased with how cheap the item I bought was. It was way cheaper than what other shops were charging, which was a great bargain for me. On top of that, the delivery came quicker than I thought it would, so that was a nice surprise. All in all, can't complain at all about the price and how quickly it arrived.
Flashlight Lantern Torch and Car Charger
I've always had top-notch service and great value for money from this company. The torches I got as Christmas presents were really good quality and my grandsons really liked them. The USB adapter for the car is smart and strong, much better than the usual plastic ones. I'm happy with what I bought and will definitely keep coming back here for my tech accessories.
Purchased replacement unit
I bought a new unit from this company recently and I have to say, it was quite an experience. 256gb USB memory stick
MyMemory has a really good selection of USB memory sticks that you can easily get hold of. I was on the hunt for a 256gb memory stick to move all my daughter's photo albums, and I managed to find just what I was after. The prices were clear and the delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and I'll definitely think about buying from them again in the future for USBs that are well-priced and do the job.
Memory card
I placed an order for a memory card back on the 25th of March and made the payment right away. The website promised a 3-day delivery, but here we are on the 7th of April and I still haven't received anything. I tried contacting them through eBay messaging four days ago but haven't received a response. I must say, I'm quite disappointed with their poor communication and the delay in the delivery.
Charger issue resolved
I bought a charger online, but it wasn't working correctly which really disappointed me. Thankfully, I got in touch with customer service and they fixed the issue really quickly! They sent me a new charger straight away, and now I can charge my devices like a pro. I'm so grateful for their help!
Faulty item refund

I bought a 512 Gb flash which works, but it is so slow that it is unusable... It was rated with 5 stars based on their rigged review score available on their website.
