TV purchase, fitting, and guarantee registration
Buying a TV from that shop was really easy and stress-free. The staff were really good, helping me choose the perfect TV for me. They not only gave great customer service when I bought it, but also offered to come to my house to help set it up, which was a great extra. They even offered to register my TV guarantee for me after fitting it, which saved me lots of time and hassle. I was really happy with the service I got from that shop and would definitely suggest it to others.

Ordering from the website was really easy, and the blinds I got were of really good quality. They were simple to put up, just take your time and make sure everything is straight and level. If you need a hand, there are loads of useful 'how-to' videos on YouTube to help you out.

Trendy boots
I recently bought some really nice boots from this place, but unfortunately, they ended up being faulty. I sent an email to the customer service team along with some photos, and they got back to me really quickly. They sorted everything out by giving me a refund without any fuss or asking for the boots to be returned. I'm really pleased with the way they dealt with the issue and I will definitely be shopping here again!

The staff at that place are proper clever, they knew everything I asked them. The price they gave me was dead good compared to others I checked. I don't understand why they made a fuss about my high blood pressure meds but oh well, not my issue. The only downside was I got disconnected twice while waiting on the phone to speak to someone (Option 3).

Big sofa
The guys who delivered our massive sofa were so lovely and gave us a hand to get it in, even though it was a bit too bulky. I was a bit concerned it wouldn't fit through the door, but they somehow managed to wiggle it through! The service we received was top-notch, with everyone being really friendly and helpful from start to finish.
