TV rent
My outdoor event that was to accommodate people in their thousands was coming up and the venue was an open field. The choice of an open field was to create the right spacious environment that can accommodate large crowd as was expected. So I needed to do lighting and mounting of TVs in strategic positions for close viewing of activities by the attendees. While every other thing was set, TV mounting almost caused a setback to the event. The source at which I earlier hoped on disappointed and thankfully, Smiths TV had available TVs and other items. I quickly contacted and rented the TVs from them, then mounted them at various strategic places and I was able to host the event successfully with everyone having a close view of all the activities that happened. I give it to Smiths TV for being there at such a time.
TV purchase
This was my first time ordering from this store, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The whole ordering process went smoothly, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The delivery was quick, and the packaging was spot on - my new TV arrived in perfect condition. The TV itself is fantastic, and I'm really happy with my purchase. The only letdown was that there was no manual in the package, and the one I downloaded online was too technical and confusing. It felt like I had to figure out how to set up the TV all on my own, with so many options and not much help. I also had an issue with the warranty - it wasn't clear who would cover it unless I added an insurance plan. Despite these small problems, I would still recommend this store to others.

Flat screen TV purchase
The people working at the store really knew their stuff when it came to the products they were selling. I liked that they were trustworthy and happy to match prices on similar items, which ended up saving me some cash. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being super helpful and friendly the whole time I was there shopping. The screen is really big and the picture quality is great. Setting it up was easy and the staff were really helpful. The service was fantastic and they even sorted out a warranty issue for me. I would definitely recommend them.

New TV
I bought a new TV from this shop not long ago and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. Ordering it was easy peasy, didn't have any trouble at all. The staff were alright, nothing amazing but they got the job done. The price of the TV was good, similar to other places I checked out. The delivery came on time and the delivery guy was proper professional. Can't complain really, happy with what I got and the service from this place was decent.

When my family and I went to the shop, John was incredibly helpful and knew everything. We ended up buying a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which were delivered by some really nice guys. Another man delivered and installed the dishwasher, and even fixed the door for us. It was such a great service, definitely five stars all the way!
Fridge delivery
The delivery guy who brought my fridges was amazing. He was really helpful and didn't mind at all when he brought the new fridges and took away the old one. He even cleaned up after unpacking the fridges, which was really thoughtful. It was great to have him deliver my goods.

I had a brilliant experience at this shop. The customer service was amazing, the engineer gave me really helpful advice and did the installation without any issues. They not only set up my new washing machine perfectly, but they also took away my old one without any fuss. The engineer took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how to use the machine. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I recently got a dishwasher from Smiths TV and they did an excellent job of fitting it in my kitchen. The customer service was really good and they were super helpful. I'll definitely go back there for more appliances in the future. And it's great that they're a local shop.

Ignore the review from Karen Stevens, she is a known fraudster. Claims to be psychic and a life coach. Goes under the name Janey as well. Tried to con my company out of hundreds of pounds
