Sash window renovation
Recently, I had my sash windows fixed up by a really good tradesperson. The lad who did the work, let's call him Justin, was not only really good at what he did but also really nice to deal with. He did a fantastic job on my sash windows, which made both me and my decorator very happy. The renovation really made my windows look so much better, and I am really pleased with how they turned out. I would definitely suggest this service to anyone wanting to make their windows work better and look nicer.

Horse riding pants
I tried to get myself some horse riding pants, but they were out of stock. The staff were really friendly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Even though they couldn't fulfil my order, they gave me a refund promptly. Good customer service!

Car trouble
My car had a problem back in February, and when I let them know, they just kept transferring me to different people. It was such a hassle being on the phone for ages, and the garage was doing the same. They asked for evidence of the issue, so the garage had to take the engine apart and send photos of the timing chain and all that, but even that wasn't good enough for them. Seriously, what more could they possibly want as proof? After all the back and forth, I had to insist the garage carry out the repairs because my car had been out of commission for 3 whole months, and I really needed it back. And then when the garage sent the bill to these guys, they refused to pay up because it wasn't an approved repair. It's all so frustrating! I definitely wouldn't recommend them for anything - they just pass you from pillar to post and try to avoid paying out. They act like I'm involved in some sort of scam with the garage, which is actually an official Jaguar approved service centre, doing dodgy things. It's so disrespectful, especially considering I still have a year left on the policy. Ugh!

Auto parts
I bought some car parts from this shop not long ago and honestly, it wasn't the best experience. The customer service wasn't up to scratch and it felt like it took forever for the parts to turn up. I had to wait nearly two weeks for them to arrive, and that was really annoying. But, credit where it's due, they did get in touch to try and fix things and make it better in the end.

Quick and easy purchase process
I bought something from this shop not long ago and I was really impressed with how quickly my order arrived. It was shipped without delay and got to me in good time. I was also pleased to see that they only list items that are actually in stock, so no nasty surprises about things being out of stock or having to wait for them to come back in. The prices were reasonable, especially considering I'm an international customer, but bear in mind that duty fees aren't included in the price. All in all, I had a good shopping experience here and would suggest it to anyone.
