I have to say, I love shopping at this place because they have such a huge range of fabrics. It's like heaven for crafters! Their delivery is so quick - I can hardly finish one project before the next package arrives. Although, there were a few occasions when they sent me the wrong fabric, but they sorted it out promptly. And don't even get me started on the craft club discount - it saves me a lot of money!

Issue with repair of spectacles
I had a bit of a nightmare with getting my glasses fixed recently. Left them at the store to be repaired and they took ages to give them back, like 3-4 months! I totally forgot about them until I finally contacted the store for help. The complaints team weren't much help at all and didn't sort it out quickly. The whole lack of communication and follow-up was really annoying. I was left feeling so frustrated and unhappy with the service.

Fake products
Definitely don't buy anything from that website! I ordered what I thought were real products but ended up with cheap knock-offs from China. When I asked for a refund, they said no and tried to persuade me to buy something else. It's a total scam!

I bought some teeth whitening gels from this company recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed with their service. Even though I only placed my order 2 days ago, the gels arrived quickly today. The delivery was super fast and I'm really happy with how efficient the company is. I haven't used the gels yet because I still have my braces on, but they arrived in great condition. All in all, I'm really pleased with my experience with this company and I will definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.

My shoes were not what I expected
I bought myself a new pair of shoes, but let me tell you, they were nothing like I thought they'd be! The colour was completely different to what I saw on the website, and the material felt really low quality, to be honest. So, I had to return them and ask for a refund, which was a real disappointment.

Lipstick purchase
I bought some lipsticks recently and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality. They smell amazing and go on so smoothly, leaving a perfect finish. The packaging is top-notch too, especially the mirror on the case which is handy when you're out and about. I didn't usually wear lipstick much before, but now I'm a big fan after trying these out. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend these lipsticks to others.

Footmuff order
I ordered this footmuff last Tuesday and was really looking forward to getting it in time for my trip to Paris next week. But you know what? I never got a confirmation email, so I had to ring them up to find out what was going on. And then, when I called again because I still hadn't got a dispatch email, they said they didn't have it in stock and couldn't send it to me. Seriously, why even advertise it if you haven't got it? So now I'm off to Paris without my footmuff, and I'm shivering just thinking about it. Useless customer service, to be honest.
