Baby bath and stand
I recently bought a baby bath and stand from this boutique, and it didn't go well at all. The stuff was damaged and the box was in a real state – covered in dog hairs. I tried to get in touch with the seller but no luck. It was pretty clear that someone else had returned them, as their details were still on the box. I sent both items back, even though the seller didn't want them at first. I've also told trading standards because I'm worried about the safety of the stand. Overall, my experience with this boutique was really disappointing, I'd recommend avoiding them.
Nursery furniture 4 piece set
I recently bought a four-piece nursery furniture set from Baby-Boutique. Unfortunately, the delivery took more than a week longer than what was stated on the website. I had to get in touch with the company as they didn't contact me about the delay. When the items finally turned up, I discovered that three out of the four items were damaged. I contacted customer service to get the damaged items replaced, but they wouldn't replace two of them, which was really disappointing. The one item that they did replace turned out to be just as faulty as the original. The drawer was wonky and misaligned, so it was impossible to use. It took over a month to get the second faulty item and by then, I had given up on dealing with the company.
Small folding travel stroller purchase
I bought a wee folding travel buggy from this website not long ago. At first, I was happy with how simple it was to place my order and quickly got a confirmation email. But things went downhill when I found out about sneaky shipping fees. They said international orders would take 5-10 working days to sort out, but that didn't happen. And when I asked about my order, I didn't hear back at first. It was really annoying not knowing what was happening with my purchase.
Trike purchase gone wrong
I bought a tricycle from this place, but it never showed up. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, as the customer service was really bad and it took ages for them to respond. Luckily, I paid using Klarna so hopefully, I can get my refund. I'd advise steering clear of this place, I can't understand how they're still operating.
Pram with travel system and Isofix base
I bought a pram with a travel system and Isofix base at the baby show in April, expecting it to be delivered by the end of June. However, I had a lot of problems with my order. The company didn't deliver on time, and when I eventually got my order in July, the car seat was the wrong one. The customer service wasn't helpful or understanding, they just blamed other companies. The lack of communication and wrong information made my pregnancy more stressful. In the end, it was a really disappointing experience dealing with this company.
Baby cot purchase
I bought a baby cot from this shop and I've got to say, it was a total letdown. Right from the start, the customer service was not up to scratch. I had to keep chasing them for updates on my order, they only seemed interested once I phoned them. When I asked about delivery options, I was told the only choice was a 'pallet delivery.' I was shocked to find out that this meant the package would be left outside on the pavement, and I'd have to pay an extra £100 if I wasn't there at that exact time. On the delivery day, the driver tried to just leave the entire package on the pallet, only wrapped in plastic, open to the weather. I had to tell him to take the pallet back with him, but not before I unpacked the cot myself in the pouring rain. The lack of care for the product's condition was really disappointing. When I called the shop to share my frustration, all I got was a half-hearted apology.
Express Delivery Romper
The Express Delivery Romper from the Baby-Boutique was meant to show up four days back, but here I am still waiting for it. I've tried getting in touch by email and phone a bunch of times, but no one's getting back to me. The person from customer service I chatted with said they'd give me a call back to update me, but it's been three days and I've heard nothing. I shelled out extra for the 24-hour delivery, and now I'm not even sure if my item is on its way. It's a real letdown to be dealing with such dodgy communication and service from a supposedly fancy boutique.
Dolls pram purchase
I got a dolls pram for my niece, but it never showed up. I tried reaching out to the seller a few times but didn't hear back. In the end, I had to take it up with the platform I bought it from. I'd steer clear of this seller - shelled out a lot of money and got let down.
Footmuff order
I ordered this footmuff last Tuesday and was really looking forward to getting it in time for my trip to Paris next week. But you know what? I never got a confirmation email, so I had to ring them up to find out what was going on. And then, when I called again because I still hadn't got a dispatch email, they said they didn't have it in stock and couldn't send it to me. Seriously, why even advertise it if you haven't got it? So now I'm off to Paris without my footmuff, and I'm shivering just thinking about it. Useless customer service, to be honest.
Kinderkraft
Ordered on the 31st of march, website says 2/3 days for delivery but after 3 days the item was still waiting to be fufiled so messaged via their page and e-mailed to no joy..
I requested a refund that was sent but no actual reply from the company itself

I brought the Anex pram with car seat adapters. To my surprise the adapters were not included in the box with the pram. When I emailed I was told they were forgotten. Two weeks later they then had an issue with delivery from Anex. I asked for a refund and was sent a PayPal refund, I don’t have PayPal so not sure why I was sent it in that form. I was then told to call to get a card machine refund. I have been calling since January and no one seems to now answer the phone. No response to emails either. With a new baby I don’t have time to constantly call everyday. Now I’m out of pocket for adapters I did not receive. If you want hassle free avoid purchasing.
Emmaljunga NXT90 + Accessories
Three weeks, four emails, several calls to no avail and still no reaction or response. I received a partial delivery and am missing a £150 set of replacement wheels for my pram. I have repeatedly asked to be contacted to confirm the delivery and/or issue a refund. Nothing thus far.
I have a newborn on my hands, I don’t have time to chase every other day for a service letdown.

I feel really bad as at the time I wrote the review I had not had any contact from the shop- they have since contacted and FaceTimed and sorted my issue. No need for a refund!
Venicci car seat adapters
The adapters connect the ...-cosi car seat to the Venicci dram but the baby seat faces outside instead of facing Mum. There is no contact number for shop only a contact form which gets ignored/no response to emails. The only way to return an item is to complete yet another form and hope they respond within 14 days to give you details of where to return the product. On the form there are only 3 drop down options and a ‘refund’ isn’t one of them. I had to manually write in the comments that I want a refund. This site let me give 2 stars for each thing asked instead of one. If i could have selected 0 I would have. Never want to buy from here again.
