Eyeglasses purchase
I bought some new pairs of glasses recently and I was really pleased with the quality and choice they had in the store. The staff there were great, especially Ms. Priyanka Shukla who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The eye test she did was really thorough and made me feel confident in picking the right frames. I'm really happy with my new glasses and the service I got from the store.
Eyeglasses for complex prescription
My experience with the glasses I bought for my complicated prescription has been really good. I've had problems with local opticians in the past, but ever since I started using this service, everything has been great. The only issue I had was with the complex numbers in my prescription, like plus and minus numbers and cylindrical numbers, which was a bit tricky at first. However, the customer service team was really quick to help and arranged for a return and gave me a full refund without any hassle. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication to making sure customers are happy. Their fast deliveries have been a real lifesaver, especially when getting glasses for my kids at school. The glasses always arrive on time, saving me a lot of last-minute stress. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the product and the service from this company.
Satisfactory purchase, professional staff
I've been a customer here for years and I've always been amazed by how great the customer service is. The staff really know their stuff and are always on hand to help me pick out the best pair of glasses to suit my face. Big shoutout to the optometrist who did my eye test and helped me pick the perfect frames. They have a wide range of Vincent Chase collections that are definitely worth a look at.
Issue with repair of spectacles
I had a bit of a nightmare with getting my glasses fixed recently. Left them at the store to be repaired and they took ages to give them back, like 3-4 months! I totally forgot about them until I finally contacted the store for help. The complaints team weren't much help at all and didn't sort it out quickly. The whole lack of communication and follow-up was really annoying. I was left feeling so frustrated and unhappy with the service.
Eyeglasses
I went to your shop the other day to get some new glasses, but I must say, it wasn't a great trip. While I was there, I saw something worrying - a customer fell because their wheelchair was slippy, and ended up getting hurt. What bothered me the most was that no one from the staff was around to help or sort out the situation. It's really important for customers to feel safe and happy when they're shopping, so it would be good to have some measures in place to stop things like this happening again.
Three pairs of glasses (powered)
I recently bought three pairs of glasses from this brand, and I have to say, it wasn't a great experience. When they arrived, I found that two of the pairs were defective. One pair had holes in the lens, so I had to send it back for a replacement. The other pair had scratches on the frame, so that needed to be changed too. Even the third pair, which seemed okay at first, turned out to be too heavy and kept sliding off my nose. This caused me discomfort, headaches and eye strain within an hour of wearing them. Despite getting a smaller size frame as suggested by Lenskart, the problems still didn't go away.
Bought 2 glasses, both frames broke within 1 year
I purchased two pairs of glasses from this place, but unfortunately, both of the frames ended up breaking within a year. The glasses are still in good condition, but there's no way to repair the frames. I did appreciate the variety of stylish glasses they offered, but it's disappointing that they didn't hold up for at least a year.
Aviator John Jacob’s sunglasses
I bought these really cool Aviator John Jacob’s sunglasses and was told they had a guarantee on the colour. But you know what? The golden colour on the frame disappeared in just 6 months! I've been trying to exchange them, but it's been over a month now and I still can't find the same model online or in the nearby store. Come on, Lenskart, sort it out!
A pair of prescription eyeglasses
I bought some prescription glasses from this company recently, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the service. Right from when I placed my order, I had to deal with unprofessional and rude customer service reps who didn't seem to have any basic manners or communication skills. The whole thing was a total disaster, and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone in search of good eyewear.
Spectacle purchase from LenskartHustlR collection
I have to admit, I was really pleased with my recent purchase from Lenskart. Before, I got myself a pair of glasses from the LenskartAir collection, and I liked them for being so light and easy to wear. This time, though, I went for the LenskartHustlR collection and although these glasses are a bit heavier than what I'm used to, the style is just amazing. The frames are so different and stylish that I feel like a real trendsetter whenever I put them on. Even though they're a tad heavier, I can handle it because they look so cool on me. Gotta say, I'm really impressed with the stuff they have at Lenskart.
Spectacles purchase
I had a really awful experience at your store in Benguluru. No one said hello, nobody offered to help, and there was zero customer service. I'm from London and it was my first time visiting, and I was shocked at how bad the service was. The staff didn't seem interested in helping us, they just wanted to sell us stuff. We didn't understand the glasses selection process at all, and we left feeling confused and annoyed. I'm going to share my bad experience on social media, and I won't be recommending your stores to any of my family or friends. If you want to keep customers, you need to treat them well and give good service.
Recent shopping experience
I popped into the Lenskart stores at Growel and Thakur Village in Kandivali the other day, and honestly, I was a bit let down by the sales staff there. It was obvious that they weren't really bothered about helping customers or giving good service. All in all, the whole experience was pretty average and definitely didn't meet my expectations.

I bought some glasses with prescription lenses the other day from the store. The service I got afterwards was so terrible! They totally ignored my concerns and didn't listen to any of my feedback about the glasses. Plus, the quality of the glasses wasn't great at all, which was really disappointing. To make matters worse, during a 1+1 deal they were running, I felt like they overcharged me. It made me feel like they were taking advantage of me as a customer, which was not cool at all.

Ordered 3 glasses, not delivered right
I bought three pairs of glasses online but they never arrived at my house! They got sent to the wrong person at the wrong address, total nightmare. I contacted them but they said "Sorry, it's been over 72 hours so we can't do anything." It's not right, it's unfair! Everything was fine when I placed the order though.
Flimsy frames
These frames are just ridiculous. I can't believe how quickly they broke after only using them for a few months. I was literally just putting them on, and bang! The frame snaps in half. And to make matters worse, the warranty didn't even cover it because apparently, it only applies to certain types of damage. It's such a waste of money.
Misfitting glasses
I bought a pair of glasses from this company, and lo and behold, within just two days, one of the lenses decided to go on its own little adventure and got lost. So, I thought I'd get in touch with their customer service to see what could be done. But, unfortunately, they were not very helpful and downright refused to exchange or refund the glasses. It was clear to me that the glasses weren't even fitted properly in the first instance, which led to this whole mess. All in all, I must say I'm pretty gutted by the quality and service of this company, and I definitely won't be giving them my business again.
Eyeglasses with alignment issues and uncomfortable near visibility
My visit to the Kolkata City Center 1 store was generally good in terms of service, as the staff were helpful. However, I had some problems with the glasses I bought. The frame was not aligned properly when I received it, one side was bent which affected how they looked and fit. Although my vision for distance seemed fine with the new glasses, I had trouble with reading things up close. It wasn't as clear or easy as it was with my old pair, even though my prescription hadn't changed. The staff said this was normal and it would probably get better in a few days. I was surprised and a bit unhappy with this explanation.
Daughter's prescription glasses

I'm really grateful for their assistance.
Kids eyewear purchase
I recently bought some kids' glasses from Lenskart, and it turned out to be a bit of a let-down. They told me about some offers when I bought them, but they didn't mention that there were no spare parts available for the kids' glasses. Even though they said there was a one-year warranty, when the nosepad broke within a year, I found out that there were no spare parts to fix it. They said I had to buy a whole new set of glasses at full price, which wasn't covered by the warranty. It was annoying because even a small local optician would usually have spare parts like a nosepad. I emailed Lenskart to tell them about the problem, but they didn't offer any solutions or replacements. My child had to put up with the consequences of this bad purchase, and I felt like the glasses were just disposable. It makes you wonder why Lenskart would sell something without spare parts for maintenance. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with.
