    Natural products purchase

    I recently bought some natural products from this shop and honestly, it was really disappointing. I waited nearly four weeks for my order to arrive and ended up feeling frustrated and let down. I placed my order on the 9th of May, but as of today, the 6th of June, my order still hasn't turned up. The tracking number they gave me didn't even work, so I couldn't even keep track of where my parcel was. The emails I got from the company were terrible, taking ages to reply. When I tried calling them for help, they were so unprofessional, they just put the phone down on me. To make things worse, they still haven't sorted out my problem, so now I'm left out of pocket and with nothing to show for it.

    I ordered this face wash and moisturiser from this place and it turned out to be a terrible decision. I spent ages trying to contact them but no one answered the phone.     I'm a customer of Only Naturals and not long ago, I bought two products on the 30th of January. Even though I was told my order would be sent out within 2 to 3 working days, it didn't actually reach me until the 2nd of March. Waiting that long was really annoying and disheartening, especially as I was promised speedy delivery. I tried to get in touch to ask about my order, but communication was a bit sparse until my delivery finally arrived.

    International order, unexpected duties

    I had a recent order from this company and it was a complete nightmare. I'm based in Europe and to my surprise, when my order arrived, I was hit with hefty duties and taxes that were almost half the price of the item I bought. It looks like the company shipped the order under a DAP agreement, which meant I had to cover all the extra charges. This kind of thing is totally unacceptable and frankly, just plain greedy. I would strongly recommend to fellow EU residents to steer clear of this company and instead go for UK shops that give you the full picture upfront with DDP or transparent duty fees. There are lots of other trustworthy options like cultbeauty, naturismo, feelunique, and lookfantastic that still provide duty-free delivery, even after Brexit. Only Naturals seems to be all about making money rather than making customers happy, and that's just not good business in my eyes.

    Hair dye purchase

    I sent an email to Only Naturals asking about a hair dye I wanted to buy, and they got back to me on the same day! There was another website I tried to ask about the Logona colour, but they refused to help, saying it wasn't their problem. Only Naturals, on the other hand, took the time to assist me. Turns out, the Logona colour is actually superior to what my hairdresser uses. Their products are really great. Big thanks to Only Naturals!

    I'm afraid to say that my experience with this company hasn't been great. I ordered some hair care products that I've been using for a while on the 14th of May, thinking it would last me a few months. However, it's been quite a while now, and I still haven't received my items. I've exchanged many emails and even called them, but the issue is still not resolved. Their response to my missing order was a bit disappointing, as they claimed that since I didn't pay for a signature delivery, they weren't responsible for the lost shipment. This lack of accountability has left me without the products I needed and without a refund. They don't seem too bothered that Royal Mail lost my order, which is quite frustrating and disappointing. I won't be recommending this company to anyone, and I won't be using their services again in the future.
