Missing items in order
I recently bought some shoes on this website, but when they arrived, two sneakers were missing from the delivery. I got in touch with customer service straight away to sort it out, but then the next day, my account got suspended for no reason. I was really surprised when they asked me to pay for the missing items that I never got. Even after I gave them loads of proof, like photos of the package before I sent it back, they still haven't fixed the situation.

Garden bench, Christmas gift, damaged diagonal section
I was so looking forward to assembling this garden bench my husband got me for Christmas in the Spring. But when I opened the box, I was gutted to see that one of the diagonal backrest sections was all smashed up. I got in touch with Sloane & Sons, hoping they'd sort it out, but they weren't much help. All they offered was some glue and sandpaper. Clearly, that wasn't going to fix it! I was really disappointed - I was expecting a top-notch piece of furniture that would stand the test of time, especially given what we'd paid. The backrest sections seemed flimsy even before finding the damage. To top it off, Sloane & Sons wouldn't swap the bench because we didn't get in touch with them as soon as the parcel arrived. The whole thing felt like a bit of a letdown from start to finish.

Oh wow! We recently got a triple sleeper bed for my siblings and it's absolutely amazing! The quality is top-notch, really strong and sturdy. My siblings love it, honestly it's the best bed we've ever had.

3 Dresses
Oh my goodness, I've never bought from there before and it was just fantastic! I came across their products on Instagram and had to buy some dresses. The quality is really great, like seriously amazing. They even arrived in a nice box with tissue paper. Initially, I opted for standard delivery, but then I changed my mind. I contacted their customer service team and they were able to switch it to a different option at no additional cost. They respond very quickly and are so helpful!

Lamp purchase, well packaged
I was really pleased with all the stuff they had at this shop, loads of different things to choose from. And there were some awesome discounts going on too, which is always a bonus. The lamp I bought was packaged up so well, it was like opening a safe! The delivery was super quick and smooth, which is always a good thing. On the whole, I'm chuffed with my purchase.

Found cheap car insurance
I was really excited when I came across this amazing car insurance that was much cheaper than my previous one! My old insurance company wanted to charge me a lot more when it was time to renew, but I stood my ground and said "definitely not!" Luckily, I discovered this new insurance that was equally as good but way more affordable. They thought they were top-notch, but little did they know that I could find something even better!

Amazing new bags
I've just treated myself to two fabulous new bags and I must say, they are really something special! The quality is top-notch and they have been made to perfection. I absolutely adore how stylish they are, and now they're my favourite bags for everyday use. The only downside was that only one of them had my initials on it, so I'll need to figure out a way to get the other one personalised. Apart from that little hiccup, I'm totally in love with these bags and will definitely keep on backing this brand!

Allergy relief bedding
I recently bought some allergy relief bedding from this shop, and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the whole returning it thing and the lack of response to my questions about the product. When I realised I got the wrong size, I got in touch with customer service to ask about sending it back. But they hit me with a frustrating reply saying I couldn't return it if it hadn't been opened. It was still sealed and unused, so after explaining that, I finally got some instructions on what to do next. It was pretty irritating going back and forth like that, taking up loads of time, especially when you compare it to how easy it is to return stuff with other online shops like Amazon.
Apart from the returns bit, I also tried to get more information about some other products I was thinking of buying. Sadly, I still haven't heard back from the customer service team. That lack of communication is worrying, especially when you think about how much more their products cost compared to other places. I want to make sure I'm getting my money's worth, and the fact that the store's team doesn't seem to know much about their own products or bother getting back to me is a letdown.
Even though I have to give them credit for the nice and knowledgeable customer service I did get, it doesn't make up for the frustrations I had with the returning process and the unanswered questions.Review about: TalkTalk Mobile
Renewal of 24-month contract
