Boots for event
I was so excited to get my hands on my new boots in time for a special event, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. When the package finally arrived, it was dropped off at the wrong house at the other end of my street! Luckily, the delivery person recognised my surname and it eventually made its way to me. However, when I opened it up, I discovered they had sent me two different sizes of boots, which was a real disappointment. I got in touch with customer service, who told me to speak to the warehouse manager, but that didn't really help much. After I insisted on getting the right boots and a prepaid return bag for the wrong ones, they said they would send out the correct ones. Now I'm just waiting for them to show up and crossing my fingers that they'll actually be the correct size this time around.

Eye serum purchase
The sales approach in that store is really full-on, almost too much to handle. I ended up agreeing to a free trial of the eye serum, but I made it clear that I wasn't going to make any commitments until I'd looked into it myself. The salesperson kept pushing the offer, claiming it was a limited-time deal and trying to pressure me into buying then and there. Luckily, I stuck to my guns. Later on, I noticed that the eye they applied the serum to actually looked worse than the other one. It's a sign that there might be something dodgy going on with their products. I'd advise anyone to be wary of their pushy sales tactics.

Pressure washer purchase
I recently bought a pressure washer and it's fantastic! We used to own a Karcher and a Titan, but the Titan was really flimsy and broke easily. This Hyundai one is brilliant, it did a wonderful job cleaning my patio and driveway without me having to put in too much effort!

Mattress purchase
The mattress is quite comfy and seems to be good quality, but the company I bought it from has gone bust and changed their name. So now, any warranty or guarantee I thought I had is gone. When I tried to return the mattress, there was no way to do it. It's strange how much the new company looks like the old one, from the branding to the product names and even the customer service number. I'd give 2 stars for the mattress, but 0 stars for the company.

Smart wearable for reminders
I am really happy with the smart wearable I bought from YourStride. The team's response was great and they definitely know how to provide top-notch customer service. This wearable really helps me stay organised and feel more confident, as it reminds me of important things I need to do during the day. The only thing I would suggest to make it even better is to have the option to charge it while wearing it, as I tend to forget to put it back on after I take it off to charge.

Apparel sizing issue
I bought some clothes from Belier recently, but the sizes were totally wrong. They were nothing like what they advertised. So, I got in touch with their customer service team about it, but they were so defensive and rude. It was obvious they had no clue about UK consumer laws and what we expect, even though they sell online in the UK.

Wedding dress purchase
Oh wow, I absolutely loved the dress I bought, it was so beautiful! I wore it to my aunt's wedding and everyone said I looked like a princess in it! The dress was exactly like the photo, it fitted perfectly and was made of really nice material. I actually ordered two sizes just to be safe, but I ended up missing the return date. Luckily, Shannon from customer service was incredibly kind and allowed me to return it late. She made the whole process so simple, so a big thank you to Shannon! Overall, I am extremely happy with both my dress and the customer service. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Bmth tickets
I managed to get tickets for my favourite band thanks to early access, and the seats were fantastic. The tickets were sent to me via email, I went to the concert, got them scanned easily, had an amazing view. Definitely would use this service again!
