    I had the worst service ever! I ordered a bike shed back on the 19th of July 2023, but it still hasn't shown up. They just kept saying it was with the courier, but it never actually got delivered. After weeks of waiting, they eventually admitted it was out of stock and said I'd have to wait until the end of August! I had to make a PayPal claim because they were just keeping hold of my money for no reason. I'd definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs!

    I recently needed to swap a pair of size 12 sliders for a size 13 at Mallet. Despite hearing some negative feedback, I have to say that my experience with their service was great. The whole process was really quick and smooth, completely different from what others had said. Once I requested the exchange, they quickly sent me a returns QR code to print. Then, all I had to do was send a photo of the returns label, drop off the package at a local DPD collection point, and they took care of everything without any trouble on my end.     I recently bought a pair of flat open-toe ballet sandals in a size 6. Overall, I find them really comfy, but I've noticed they can be a bit slippy on certain surfaces because they don't grip well. Also, when I go up or down stairs, I've felt them loosen a bit at the back. Despite these small issues, I'd still rate them 4 stars because they're super comfy and keep my feet cool in hot weather.

    Garlic juice at a low price

    I recently bought some garlic juice for a bargain at 5.99 each. I was so excited about the deal that I bought ten bottles! But then, a week later, I got an email asking for a prescription. A prescription for garlic juice? It's just a regular thing you can buy in the shops. Then, they told me my order was cancelled because they didn't have it anymore. But I can still see it on their website for over 7 pounds. Seems a bit dodgy to me. So, I've decided to delete all my details from their site. I don't think that's a very trustworthy way to do business. They could have just asked if I wanted to wait a bit longer for my order. That would have been fair, in my opinion. Oh well, that's that.

    My latest buy of a Tory Burch bag from Farfetch was a pretty good experience overall. I've shopped with Farfetch before and always been happy with what I've got. But this time, the bag didn't come with a dust bag, which it usually does. It was a bit annoying as the bag is light-coloured, so I had to use a dust bag from another bag. Despite that little hiccup, I think Farfetch has a great range of stuff and shopping is easy. Deliveries are quick too, usually turning up in 3-4 days, and the quality of what I've bought has always been good.

    My boiler service

    I recently had a boiler service done by you and it was a bit confusing. I've been trying to get in touch by phone or email for the past 5 months, but haven't received any response. I'm really worried about my electric bill since I haven't received any information since October 2nd. I received 2 bills with the same readings but different balances, which doesn't make sense to me. I've made 3 complaints already and every time I contact you, I'm told that someone will get in touch in 2 days, but I haven't heard anything yet. Do you guys actually do any work there? You have all my details so please sort this out. Also, I believe I should receive some form of compensation for the poor treatment I've received as a loyal dual fuel customer.
