Office space rental
To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the experience at all. The facilities were okay, but the customer service at the office location I visited was terrible. The staff were really rude and not helpful, which made it a really unpleasant working environment. On top of that, the charges for office restoration services seemed way too high, especially considering the state of the offices when we first rented them. They should really think about whether these charges are fair or not. And to make matters worse, last week we were told we couldn't use the elevators to go up to the 14th floor and had to take the stairs instead. We're paying for a full service, so being told to climb all those stairs was just not on.
Comfort issue at Bukit Tinggi Branch
The services at all the branches are fantastic, but the meeting room at the Bukit Tinggi Branch is always freezing! It's a bummer that the aircon temperature is controlled centrally, so the staff can't adjust it. I was looking forward to having a comfy place to work close to home, but the chilly air is making it quite unpleasant. I really hope they sort it out soon, otherwise, I might have to reconsider renewing my subscription.
Photography services requested
I've recently asked for photography services to be taken at my place. It's been a whole week now and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm pretty disappointed by their lack of communication and follow-up, especially considering the importance of the service I asked for. I know that mistakes can occur, but it would have been nice to at least get some sort of update or acknowledgment of my request.
Comfortable workspace with great view
I had a great time at this really cool place that had everything I needed. The cosy space was just what I was after and the internet was super reliable. Also, I got to enjoy the stunning view of the mountains while I got on with my work. The parking was a piece of cake as well, which was a nice bonus. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely go back.
Coworking space experience
My time at this coworking space has not been great. The building is nice but the service is not up to scratch. The staff don't seem very keen on helping customers and sometimes they seem annoyed by simple requests. It's annoying to pay for a space where the staff don't seem bothered about making sure you have a good experience. The facilities are just okay, nothing special that would make them stand out from other coworking spaces. Overall, I was left feeling unimpressed and let down by my experience here.
