I recently got some advice from a property investment company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service I got. Being a first-time investor, I was quite nervous about getting into the property market. However, the team at this company, especially a guy called Luke, gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed to go ahead with my investment. Luke was always there to answer my questions and give me guidance all along the way. He made me feel at ease with the idea that taking a risk can lead to growth and accumulation. The team also helped me through the complexities of exchanging contracts while I was overseas, which was a massive relief. Overall, I'm thankful for the support and help I got from this company, and I can't wait for the apartment I invested in to be finished.

I've bought quite a few properties through this company in the last few years, and I have to say, they've always done a great job. Their attention to detail and communication has given me a lot of confidence in my investments, knowing everything is being taken care of. Just got a new apartment in Leeds
We found an apartment in Leeds with the help of Jake and his crew at a great spot. Jake was really helpful, even after he had been paid, and he took care of all of our concerns. He was in constant communication with us, the solicitors, and the contractors throughout the whole process. Jake and his friends were very professional and patient with us. We got to know Jake well, he has awesome hair! Thanks everyone, hopefully our not-so-great looking place will soon become the best spot in Leeds! Lisa and Paddy x

I had a chat with the folks at the housing company back in July 2022. They were proper friendly and actually listened to what I was after, rather than just pushing for a sale. Unwanted spam emails
I got a bunch of spam emails out of the blue from this company, even though I never agreed to hear from them. It was really annoying to keep getting emails from someone I wasn't interested in, and even worse when trying to unsubscribe didn't stop them coming. It was disheartening to see how little they seemed to care about privacy and consent, especially when they say they follow GDPR rules.
