    Office rental experience

    The office rental experience was pretty good, no major issues to speak of really. However, there are a couple of areas that could do with some improvement. Firstly, it would have been really helpful if they had mentioned the high cleaning costs upfront, rather than hiding them away in the small print. It was a bit of a shock to us and seemed a bit over the top. Also, the invoices weren't very clear, and we ended up realising that we were being charged too much for our coffee and tea. It would have been nice to have a better introduction to the portal and how to use it. For instance, we didn't know that we could book a public meeting room for free, and some guidance on how to do that would have been great.

    Premium office experience, exceptional service, continuous use.

    I have to say, I'm really impressed with the office experience this company has provided. From the moment I first got in touch with one of their reps to using their top-notch facilities on a regular basis, everything has been absolutely fantastic. The support I've received from my building manager, Andrea, has been exceptional. She really does go the extra mile and acts like a true business partner.

    I wasn't very happy with the office rental experience. They made lots of mistakes with the invoices and payments, and annoyingly, it always seemed to benefit the company. The facilities weren't great, with no proper kitchen and missing basics like coffee and tea. But, I had to stick with it as there weren't many other choices nearby. The staff were friendly, but it was clear that they were restricted by the company's rules and couldn't give the level of support I needed.

    Helpful staff, quiet office, professional environment

    I have to say, the staff at this place were really helpful while I was there. They made sure I had all I needed and were always quick to help. The office was all set up when I got there and was very peaceful, so I could concentrate on my work without any interruptions. Plus, the professional atmosphere really enhanced the whole experience, making me feel like I was in a good working environment.

    Janelle and Bret were absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly! Our office keys weren't working properly, but they fixed the issue quickly. The maintenance person, on the other hand, was quite rude.

    Cancelled agreement, frustrating customer service

    I signed up for this thing, but had to cancel it due to personal stuff. I tried cancelling through the app like they said, but there wasn't an option for that. When I called customer service, they told me I couldn't cancel and had to stick with it. Every time I called, they gave me different answers! It wasn't cool at all, mate.

    Membership promises broken

    When I was considering joining as a member, the staff made all sorts of promises. But after I signed up, they were rude and unhelpful. They never had the meeting room available for the promised 2 hours each day, and there was always arguing over it. They even suggested I book it after midnight, which just wasn't on. Whenever I tried to use the room, it was already booked for the whole day. Then they had the nerve to tell me to use the lounge instead, even though that wasn't part of our agreement. The staff were awful and their behaviour was disgraceful.

    Transition from virtual office to physical office

    My team has just moved from working online to having an actual office space. Even though the sales manager said they cancelled the booking for the old office, I'm still getting charged for it and the services I didn't even want. The system for paying invoices is a bit tricky to figure out, and neither the community manager nor I can access it to ask for a refund or point out the mistake. It's been 10 days now, and I don't know what else to do except share my story here to warn others.

    Horrible experience

    I've had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I've been trying to resolve these issues for months now, but it feels like it's never-ending. The website made all these promises that they didn't keep, and I still haven't seen any solutions to my problems. I wouldn't recommend signing up online - it's best to go to the center in person and get everything written down. If you want a local phone number and address, make sure you've got that before you give them any money. Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare.

    Awesome place

    This place is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, I mean seriously spot on. The office space is just the right size, not too big, not too small, just perfect. The building is top-notch, really fancy and all. It's just a fantastic spot to be in, you know? The management team here keeps everything super organised, which is excellent because who wants chaos, right? And the other people working here are really friendly, like everyone is just so nice.

    To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the experience at all. The facilities were okay, but the customer service at the office location I visited was terrible. The staff were really rude and not helpful, which made it a really unpleasant working environment. On top of that, the charges for office restoration services seemed way too high, especially considering the state of the offices when we first rented them. They should really think about whether these charges are fair or not. And to make matters worse, last week we were told we couldn't use the elevators to go up to the 14th floor and had to take the stairs instead. We're paying for a full service, so being told to climb all those stairs was just not on.

    Comfort issue at Bukit Tinggi Branch

    The services at all the branches are fantastic, but the meeting room at the Bukit Tinggi Branch is always freezing! It's a bummer that the aircon temperature is controlled centrally, so the staff can't adjust it. I was looking forward to having a comfy place to work close to home, but the chilly air is making it quite unpleasant. I really hope they sort it out soon, otherwise, I might have to reconsider renewing my subscription.

    Co-working space review

    My time at this co-working space has been pretty good. The place is in a great spot and the prices are reasonable. Though I was a bit let down by not being told about extra charges. Finding out I had to pay for coffee was a bit annoying. But on the positive side, parking is easy and having ice machines around is a nice bonus. The staff at the front desk were really helpful and gave top-notch customer service.

    I've recently asked for photography services to be taken at my place. It's been a whole week now and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm pretty disappointed by their lack of communication and follow-up, especially considering the importance of the service I asked for. I know that mistakes can occur, but it would have been nice to at least get some sort of update or acknowledgment of my request.
