I recently bought an 8x8 Cornershed and I have to say, it was a really good experience all round. Right from ordering it to getting it delivered, everything was smooth and we were kept in the loop the whole time. My partner and I managed to put the shed together in just one day, showing that it's totally doable without needing to get extra help. We did have a few issues with the order of steps in the assembly instructions that came with it. To get around this, we checked out some YouTube videos for tips, which actually helped a lot. Despite this little challenge, we're happy with our shed and can't wait to start using it properly.
Shed purchase
This is my third time ordering a shed from this company, and I have to say, I am really impressed with their products and services. Whenever I think about getting a new shed, I always check out other websites, but none of them can beat the quality for the price that this company offers. Missing parts, cracked panels, misaligned roof, poor customer service
I bought a shed and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. Pieces were missing, some were damaged, the roof was not straight, and the customer service was terrible. I tried contacting them through email and phone, but they were not helpful at all. The delivery was fine, but the shed itself was a disaster. I would not recommend Tiger sheds, look elsewhere for one that actually assembles correctly.
Modular Shed
Designing my own shed layout and placing an order was really enjoyable and straightforward. However, the delivery turned out to be a bit of a nightmare as they initially promised it for one day, but it didn't show up. I had to keep calling multiple times, and each time they claimed the delivery guy was almost there, but he never was. It was so frustrating. Eventually, the shed arrived neatly packaged the next day, which was a relief. Moving it from the garage to the garden was easy. Setting up the shed by myself was a piece of cake, only took me 3 hours from start to finish. Although the instructions were mostly clear, the trim notes were a bit confusing. I decided to wing it and luckily, it turned out fine.
Log cabin purchase
I ordered a really cool log cabin and surprisingly, they actually called me when they said they would to arrange payment. I had a question and they called me back just like they promised. Everything has been excellent so far!
10’ x 8’ cabin dimensions
I bought a log cabin that was alright in quality, but it came without any keys. When I put it all together, I found out that the inside measures 8’9” x 6’9” and the outside is 9’8” x 7’8” from the edges of the logs sticking out. I'm not pleased with the differences in size and I'm frustrated by not hearing back about the keys that are missing.
Shed roof panels wrong size
I recently bought a shed with roof panels that ended up being the wrong size. I didn't realise this until after I had already put it together, which was really annoying. To be honest, I wish I had just gone for a cheaper shed instead because the one I got was definitely not worth the extra cost.
