Quick delivery and effective Harcostar water butt diverter
I bought a Harcostar water butt diverter from this company not long ago, and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. The delivery was super fast, and the product itself is top quality. The diverter does a great job of collecting rainwater and is also a breeze to set up. I'd definitely suggest this product to anyone wanting to save water and do their bit for the environment.

I recently bought a big waterbutt and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. It was dispatched quickly and the quality surpassed what I expected. It's strong and well-built, so I reckon it will last a good while. I'd definitely think about buying from this company again. Thanks for giving me such a good product.
Water butt with tap
I bought a water butt with a tap from this company not too long ago and I was pretty happy with it overall. The product quality was decent and it added a nice touch to my garden. Although, I did run into a little hiccup when I discovered that the tap was missing from one of the water butts, which was a bit of a letdown.
Water butt purchase
I bought a water butt but the delivery was a nightmare. I've had a few of these before and they've been quite good, but this time it was a complete disaster! The delivery guy left it at the wrong house and the packaging was all wet when I eventually found it. Also, the water butt itself was all squashed as if it had been sat on by a group of elephants. I was not happy at all!

I went online to buy a water butt that I saw was on sale, but when I entered the discount code, it didn't work! I was really annoyed because it felt like false advertising. I even took screenshots to prove it, but when I contacted them, they ignored me. Really not impressed with the service at all.

Water butt purchase
I'd recommend going straight to the manufacturer for a water butt as I've found them to be much cheaper. It seems like this retailer is just selling them for a profit, so it's definitely worth looking into before you buy.
Water butt
I wanted to buy a water butt for my garden but I was really disappointed with the one I got! It was way too pricey for something that needs to be assembled by yourself. Besides that, the customer service was absolutely terrible. No one was there to assist me when I had queries about it. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone!
Water butt and connector purchase
My experience with Water Butts Direct was really disappointing. I ordered a water butt and connector but only received the connector. I had to follow up on the water butt delivery and was told it would arrive in 7 days. Then I got another email saying there was no record of my order. The lack of communication and organisation from the company was frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend using Water Butts Direct after my experience.
