I thought AttractionTix was brilliant for getting cheaper tickets to theme parks. Even though the discounts might not be huge, they all add up which is great, particularly if you're a family trying to be thrifty with your day out. Buying tickets was simple and user-friendly, and I liked the range of attractions on offer. All in all, I was happy with my time using AttractionTix.
Purchased Disneyland Paris tickets with additional promotions
I've just bought tickets for Disneyland Paris, as well as a 3-month subscription to Disney Plus and 10 holiday prints. The tickets came through quickly via email, but I'm having trouble accessing the extra perks. I've tried contacting them several times through email and queries, but I haven't heard back or received any help to fix the problem. It's been disappointing not getting any communication or support, especially after being promised additional benefits with the ticket purchase.
Siam Park tickets

Me and my family were really looking forward to going to Disneyland Paris. But you won't believe what happened - on the day we were supposed to go, we all got really sick with vomiting and diarrhoea. It was horrible, we couldn't even think about heading to the park. We had to quickly come back to the UK and my dad had to stay in the hospital for 17 days! We reached out to the company we bought the tickets from, explaining our situation and even provided proof from the hospital. But they simply refused to change the date for us, no way. We had spent over £500 on tickets for all of us, and they couldn't even show us a little compassion. How rude is that?

Dolphin cruise in Tenerife
Oh my gosh, I can't believe how incredible the dolphin cruise was that I booked with this fantastic place! The staff there were so friendly, the deals were fantastic, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. We even had a delicious meal on the boat while watching dolphins and whales swimming right beside us the entire time - it was such an amazing experience! And to top it off, we also visited Siam Park and rented a cabana, making it the best day ever for my whole family. It was so much fun, you absolutely have to give it a go!
