Gift card purchase
I wouldn't bother ordering gift cards from this place, mate. I got two for a special occasion and they took a massive 19 days to turn up! I tried getting in touch with them a few times and didn't hear anything back, so not great customer service there. And when the gift cards finally arrived, they weren't even in the same envelope and there wasn't an invoice to show how much was on each one. Total lack of efficiency, if you ask me. Really not happy with it all.

I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I booked an airport transfer from Manchester airport and the driver didn't turn up, so we were left stranded for over an hour. It's annoying that they keep asking me for information they already have, dragging out the process more than it needs to be. Premium membership
The premium membership scheme is an absolute con. It's a nightmare trying to cancel, they just keep taking your money every month. They won't even let you delete your profile, so you feel like you're stuck in a never-ending loop. What's worse, they charge you unreasonable fees in Euros, making you feel like you're getting ripped off. And if you do try to cancel, they bring in scary European debt collection agencies to try and force you to pay. A mate of mine got hit with a crazy $1,000 bill in New Zealand dollars. My advice? Steer clear of this company.

Vacation rental stay in Malinska
Our holiday was fantastic! The place we stayed in was big, tidy, and had all the things we needed like sheets, towels, loo roll, and even washing powder. The host was really nice and helpful. The place was in a good spot, just a short 20-minute stroll to the beaches, restaurants, and bars, with loads of stuff to do for the family. The beaches were spotless, and the place was in a calm area, except for the lovely sound of the church bells. We didn't have any problems at all, and we'd definitely think about coming back to Malinska and suggesting it to others.

One time, I put in an order on a Friday morning at around 11 am. I was shocked when, within just 5 minutes, they confirmed my order and sent it out. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday for it to arrive, but it actually came on Saturday morning. The delivery was fully tracked with a specific time slot, and the packaging was really solid. My Century rod made it to me safe and sound.
I like the fact that they pack everything into fewer boxes, cutting down on waste. Sometimes, my cautious side made me wonder if they'd missed something, but NETS always makes sure to include everything I've ordered. Cashmere Sneakers
I recently bought a pair of cashmere trainers from this shop and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole thing. The product was just like it was described on the website, and it arrived very quickly on the US East Coast. I made my order on a Sunday, it was sorted on Monday, picked up by DHL on Tuesday, and brought to me at 6 PM on Wednesday. The speed of delivery was really great, I think. Even though there was a shipping fee of $25, I thought it was worth it for how quickly it arrived. As for the trainers themselves, they are so comfy and I have them on right now as I'm writing this review. I might even get another pair in navy.

Fast turnaround furniture order
At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this site because a lot of people said the customer service was bad. But I decided to go for it anyway since I needed some furniture pretty urgently. I paid a bit extra to make sure it got to me in time for a special event, but unfortunately, the tracking info wasn't being very helpful, and it looked like my order was stuck with the delivery people. I dropped an email to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly. They managed to nudge the courier along and update my tracking info. It did end up taking longer than I'd hoped for my stuff to show up, but all in all, I was quite happy with how it worked out. I reckon I might've been a tad too impatient initially, especially after all those other negative reviews and the lousy updates from the courier company.

Policy renewal discrepancy
I recently had a bit of a frustrating experience with my policy renewal. Turns out, I was charged more than £8 extra! The renewal quote was way higher than what they were offering new customers. So, feeling a bit miffed by the unfairness of it all, I decided to cancel my renewal. Instead, I grabbed a new policy at the lower price they were giving to new customers. It's a bit disheartening, really. Companies seem to be all about luring in new customers with cheap deals, but forget about us loyal ones who've been with them for ages.

I bought three lights online not long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The shipping took ages because they were coming from China.
