Honeymoon to Mauritius
Take the time to form your own opinion about this company before making a booking - you might be pleasantly surprised! The service we got from the team at this travel agency was fantastic. Amy kept us in the loop every step of the way, even managing to secure us a new flight quickly after our original one was cancelled. The honeymoon suite we stayed in was even better than we expected, with stunning views and lots of luxurious touches. Michaela planned excursions that were seamless and exactly what we were after. The little extras like massages and gifts really made our trip one to remember. Not only did the team manage to get us an extra night at the hotel, but they also rearranged our flights for free after the cancellation. We noticed that other guests who had booked with different travel companies didn't receive the same level of care and attention. The staff really went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Huge thank you to Amy, Michaela, and Leena for all your hard work in making our honeymoon relaxing and unforgettable. Looking forward to booking with you again soon!
Holiday services
One of the ugly experiences I got after using the services of a holiday maker was fraudulent activities on my bank account and I didn't find that funny at all even when I didn't get the best out of the holiday. Rather, it was some sort of discouragement for me knowing the money in my account was no longer safe. However, things turned a different dimension when I decided to use the services of Kuoni for the next all inclusive holiday. It was a simple proof of one company offering better services than the other. From expert advice, planning, excellent flight and hotel booking as well as activities included, these are good services I enjoyed from Kuoni and I definitely need more in the future. So I recommend Kuoni to otjers for any flight, hotel or holiday services.
