Micro balance bike purchase
I recently purchased a Micro balance bike online and was really looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was disappointed to find out that it was not a brand new one, but an ex-display model. It didn't come in the original packaging and was missing some parts. The customer support team promised to send me a new one in proper packaging, but they didn't apologise or explain why they sent me the ex-display one in the first place. They avoided my questions, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a waste of time buying from them. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I made a purchase online not long ago, and they charged me twice for my policy. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service loads of times, but they still haven't sorted out the problem. Lost order, missing delivery
I'm absolutely fuming with this company. I ordered something and it got sent to the wrong place by DHL - how does that even happen?! I've been trying to contact their customer service for three days now, but no one picks up the phone. It feels like they're not even real! It's so frustrating that they can't help with such a serious problem. I have no clue where my parcel is, how to get it back from the wrong address, or how to get my money back. It's a complete joke and I won't be spending any more money with them. It's just not on!

Two pairs of shoes
I bought two pairs of shoes, but had a really bad time with this shop. I tried to cancel one order, but it looks like they ignored my email because I never heard back. The stuff turned up, and I had to fork out my own cash to send it back. I haven't got my money back, and the seller is blanking my emails. I had to get Paypal Buyer Protection involved, and the seller is still nowhere to be seen. The delivery guys came with another parcel, but I said no thanks. I've taken things further with Paypal. I doubt I'll hear from the seller now. My advice - shop somewhere else.

I booked a villa online for my wedding in Ibiza in 2020, but it got cancelled due to the pandemic. The owner kindly agreed to reschedule to July 2021. Unfortunately, our wedding plans were disrupted again, so I asked for a refund. The property was originally nonrefundable, but the owner generously offered a full refund, and the booking was cancelled. That's when my troubles started. Even though the owner approved the refund, the platform insisted I should contact them directly. I've been stuck in a loop between the unresponsive owner and the unhelpful customer service team. Despite many attempts to sort things out and promises of callbacks, nothing has been resolved. The lack of communication and support from the platform is really frustrating. I've been left hanging for over a month now, and the annoyance just keeps building up. The platform's lack of empathy and help is extremely disappointing, and I won't be using their services again.

I booked a room at the hotel expecting it to be wheelchair accessible with a walk-in shower. However, when I arrived, it was a total disaster! The hotel had no clue about my needs - there was no shower and the room wasn't even suitable for a wheelchair. My wheelchair wouldn't even fit through the doors! It was a nightmare trying to move around and my carer had to assist me much more than usual. Booking.com really dropped the ball on this one.

Caution! I wouldn't recommend buying from these folks. I placed an order with them weeks ago and still haven't received anything. They told me the courier messed up my package, so it was sent back and then resent, but it still hasn't arrived. I ended up requesting a refund, but that never materialised. Honeymoon to Mauritius
Take the time to form your own opinion about this company before making a booking - you might be pleasantly surprised! The service we got from the team at this travel agency was fantastic. Amy kept us in the loop every step of the way, even managing to secure us a new flight quickly after our original one was cancelled. The honeymoon suite we stayed in was even better than we expected, with stunning views and lots of luxurious touches. Michaela planned excursions that were seamless and exactly what we were after. The little extras like massages and gifts really made our trip one to remember. Not only did the team manage to get us an extra night at the hotel, but they also rearranged our flights for free after the cancellation. We noticed that other guests who had booked with different travel companies didn't receive the same level of care and attention. The staff really went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Have used this company on a number of occasions with no issues. Placed a decent order in January for over £100 - 3 weeks later it's still not here, and they've ignored 3 emails, a Facebook message and a website chat box. If you look at their Etsy account - lots of 1 stars for orders not arrived. Such a shame as I'm a small business trying to support their small business but they show no respect or support back by ripping you me off. Suggest you avoid this company at all costs as looking by the other reviews here, they will take your money and not deliver the goods anymore. Such a shame. I will be contacting my credit card company today to put a hold on the funds.
Same experience for me unfortunately. Mine was a much smaller order (£15) but none the less. I've had 1 problem with them before in the past but after a few weeks they did finally send the order as well as a freebie, but I find myself in the same situation again. Its been 3 weeks since I ordered, and they've not replied to any of my emails. I want to support them as I really like their products, but their service is absolutely non existent.

4 x tyres
I ordered 4 tyres from Asda Tyres and made an appointment to be fitted. They contacted me the night before and cancelled the appointment, they made a second appointment, which I drove to in the snow and the tyres hadnt turned up.
This so far wasted 2 days I took off work.
It is difficult to get them on the telephone, and each time I was waiting 40 mins or so. After over a week Im still waiting for a refund and have no tyres.

Certainly a great place to shop for anything clothing no matter the need. While my first intention at Designer Desirables was to shop for holiday needs but that became just one of the needs as I have had to deeply shop for other needs such as sports, adventure, domestic, corporate and so on. These are quality products that guarantee peace of mind. Secondly, I can order for the products today and have it delivered to me the next day free of charge. That is awesome. Aside that, the company has effective customer service representatives that ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed with room for return and refund of any unsatisfied goods. Rhodes package
We had so many issues with our hotel - and went with a package specifically so that this could be resolved if there were any problems. This really didn’t happen and I will never be using love holidays again. You’re honestly just a number and they have total disregard for you being on holiday and your time being precious.
Specific issues with the hotel:
- unreliable hot water in the room
- there was mould in the bath whirlpools
- the main larger pool area/bar is closed
- the larger pool is unclean, green with algae
- the smaller pool that is open is also ...,
- there is very little food options to meet dietary requirements, the salad is frozen. We have spoke to the chef, who was rude to us
- everything is tinned or frozen including salad and fruit
- the dining area is unclean and your are expected to drink from plastic children’s beakers
- there is limited staff, unable to get drinks as and when although it is "all inclusive".
- snack bar is closed, there are two flavours of dry cake left on the bar from breakfast this is uncovered and often had flys nearby
- the wifi is only available in reception and dining room and signal is poor
- there is what looks like blood smeared on our wardrobe
- there is some unknown grease stain on the bathroom wall
- the sunbeds are build from chip board and very unsturdy
- there is no hand soap available in any bathroom including the hotel room
- you are not allowed to keep glasses in to the bedroom, meaning no water in the night
- there are cats everywhere, while they’re cute they beg you for the food constantly (at least someone enjoys it)
We called on the beach twice and sent them photos
We tried our best to raise the issues with the manager of the hotel who was rude and refused to acknowledge anything wrong at all or discuss a refund (via love holidays) but she wouldnt even speak to us.
We called them again but We got no help from on the beach. following another night we moved ourselves as waiting for them would have ruined our holiday.
We advised them of this move. In total we paid 1200 for our holiday, which I recognise was (what we thought) a good deal - this was due to us booking in lock down. 820 of this was for the hotel. We have been refunded 400. This is less than half and we only stayed their 3 nights.
There was no matter of urgency to help us and no understanding that this was a holiday. We are both nurses and worked through the Covid. Only to be treated like cattle by this company.
I will be speaking to a financial ombudsman when I am home, as they promised a service and did not provide it. We were so horrified and to be refunded half for less that a quarter of our stay (3 out of 14 nights) is a joke.

TLDR; Good quality furniture if/when arrives, but customer service very poor.
I ordered a dining set in their sale for my new property after couple friend had ordered from here and the quality was good. They were happy overall and only said delivery timescale took a while.
My order went through and I received an email confirming after 3 days their courier would contact me to arrange delivery within 15 days.
I didn't hear anything and contacted the courier who said they didn't have anything scheduled for me from OutandOut and I'd need to contact them. I tried phoning several times with no answer and unable to leave a message. Finally on one of the attempts I did get through and after looking into it was told that website says can take 4-6 weeks. I asked few questions based on the email I'd received and what courier said but the line went dead.
I emailed them later that day. I didn't get a response to the email and 6 days later after another unsuccessful phone call I contact them via Facebook. When they properly looked into it the dining set was out of stock (although this did take me requesting updates over couple days and not them proactively contacting me). I was unhappy that the original phone call I was misled and would've been waiting 6 weeks had I just accepted the answer. They offered me an alternative with two benches but I wanted one with a bench and two seats which I ordered. Understandably as it retailed more, they said they couldn't do that which was fine. I was happy to take the dining set with two benches as I could then pay additional for two chairs on their website but requested a code for free delivery as I didn't feel I should pay twice for delivery when I'd only be getting one delivery. They said you always have to pay for shipping (which I already had). I've now accepted the refund and am awaiting confirmation email and a refund (which I assume will be 3-5 days but am awaiting clarification).
It's a shame as my friends dining set was great and I'd have purchased more from them in the future. The customer service leaves lot to be desired if there are issues.Review about: Beer52

I've received a nice card from these guys offering me a free case of beer as long as I pay for the delivery which was about 6 quid. So far so good.
I took 6 days for the beers to arrive they were dumped right in front of my door ( usually decent delivery companies will leave with a neighbor or at least hide behind the bins)
I didn't think much of the beers. I can go to my local beer shop and get great beers too without having to wait 6 days to drink them and at the same price point. The website is badly designed and very annoying how you pick your beers.
Now THE WORST: Try canceling the subscription is a ballache. You have to CALL!!!! Basically they make it very hard for you to cancel. You'll have to wait a good 30 mins before someone answers the call. The bloke even had the cheek to ask me if I have emailed the company to cancel. These guys are a joke. To be avoided.Avoid - their practices are outrageous: they take your bank detail and subscribe you. It is not transparent and as others noted - the process of cancellation is a nightmare. I was told they don’t allow online cancellations as everyone stays with them and I was the only one who didn’t!
I’ve got the exact same problem, had a couple cases, wasn’t for me, beer isn’t great so rung up and cancelled. Start of Oct a box arrived and I’d been charged! Contacted them, mysteriously couldn’t find the call and they say they must listen to the call before any action.
3 weeks on, still battling with them to get my money back

Checked out this website due to a special offer on a bet. I thought why not since it was only £0.50, however after confirming the bet, I was charged £17.50 for a weekly subscription. At no point was I asked to confirm the £17.50 subscription and most certainly did not want it. Have been in touch with customer service for a refund but have been told I agreed to the charge and no refund given. Shocking in the extreme, stay well away unless you want to see charges for subscriptions you don't want.

They scammed me a few days ago I ordered two lines at 12.00 got no receipt just a confirmation of 12.00 within minutes they stole 72.00 which was not confirmed by me or explained. Since I cannot get in for a refund their drop down menue will not drop for me to obtain a refund. They still have my money after so many requests. It has caused me a great deal of stress.
They have took £141 out of my bank saying I agreed to the subscriptions which I did not. Who do I report this too?
