Take That concert tickets
I recently bought a couple of second-hand tickets to go see a Take That concert in Plymouth. It all went really smoothly and quickly, and in just 9 days, I got the link to download and print the tickets. This meant I had plenty of time to get ready for the show. When it came to getting into the venue, everything was easy peasy, and just before the event, the seller sent me a nice email to make sure everything was fine and gave me a number to call if I had any problems. All in all, I would definitely recommend buying tickets from this seller again in the future.
Barry Manilow Palladium tickets
I bought tickets to see Barry Manilow at the Palladium recently, and I have to say, it was absolutely amazing! The show was brilliant, the seats were fantastic, and although the price was reasonable, I was a bit miffed about the admin charge that added to the cost. However, I know these extra fees are pretty standard in the ticketing world, so it didn't put me off at all.

Mostly I prefer to book for theater or any event shows from here. The payment options are safe and reliable. Comparatively, I see more events, theater shows, etc here, so I get more updated with this. So Instead of finding online about what event is going on in UK, I just pop up here and book for what I love. Easy peasy!

I got some tickets for a Sarah Millican show and I was a bit concerned when they switched my paper tickets to e-tickets. But they actually arrived earlier than I thought they would, and they turned out to be real. The show was fantastic and we didn't have any trouble getting in!
Taylor Swift concert tickets
I purchased tickets for a Taylor Swift concert in the UK, but when they arrived, they were actually for a completely different artist in another country! I got in touch with customer service and they just kept giving me different excuses, promising to send me the right tickets but never actually doing it. When I requested a refund, they claimed it was being looked into, but no progress was made. This company is clearly running a scam, so I wouldn't advise anyone to put their trust in them. They show no concern for their customers and don't even bother to follow their own terms and conditions. I will definitely be lodging a complaint against them!
Ticket purchase for a festival
I just bought some tickets for a festival on an online ticket website but when I got my confirmation, I was told to log into a different app to get my tickets. The app wasn't working properly and after a few annoying chats with customer service, I ended up with no tickets and feeling really confused. When I tried to get help from the ticket website, their support team didn't seem to know what they were doing and were quite unprofessional which made me even more frustrated. They gave me different information and I ended up not knowing if I had my tickets as I headed to the festival without them in my hand.

Bruce Springsteen concert tickets in Prague
It's been a real nightmare trying to secure a refund for our tickets to the Bruce Springsteen concert in Prague. Unfortunately, the event got delayed because the artist is unwell, and we can't make the trip back to Prague from the UK. Even though the Springsteen team has assured us that full refunds are an option, the ticket platform is being difficult and won't give us our money back. It's just ridiculous!
Fraudulent ticket sales
I had a really bad experience with a ticket resale website recently. I bought tickets for an event, but later found out they were fake. Not only that, they were being sold at three times the original price. The venue told me the tickets weren't meant to be resold and cancelled them. I tried to contact the website's customer service but got no reply. It's obvious they're letting illegal stuff happen on their site and not fixing anything. I wouldn't recommend using this website to buy tickets - their ethics and customer service are terrible.
Tickets for a concert
I bought tickets for a concert from this awful company and when we arrived, someone was already sitting in our seats! They had given us counterfeit tickets and the customer service was absolutely dreadful. They showed no concern and simply offered us a refund. They even had the nerve to claim it wasn't their mistake and suggested the venue should have found us alternative seats. We received no compensation for our travel costs or other expenses. This company ought to be shut down and held accountable for fraud!
Tickets cancelled last minute
I bought tickets on this platform for an event, but the seller cancelled them just two days before. They said they had problems giving me the tickets, so I was stuck. I'd already paid for transport that I couldn't get a refund for. I asked the platform for help, and they said I could have paper tickets or a full refund. But the event was too soon for the paper tickets to come on time. So, now I have to wait 10 days for a refund. It's been really disappointing and I feel cheated and ripped off, to be honest.
Final 4 Final ticket purchase
I bought a ticket for the Final 4 Final event in Berlin from this platform not long ago. It was a total disaster from the beginning to the end. First off, when I tried to use the ticket, I was told that it had already been used by someone else. I raised a complaint online and got a replacement ticket, but once again, the same problem occurred - the ticket had already been used. The customer service team told me I'd get a refund, but I haven't heard anything about how to get it yet. To add to the problem, when the third ticket finally arrived, it was also faulty. My experience with this platform has been a complete nightmare. I strongly recommend avoiding this service and I hope Google acts quickly to shut it down.
Two tickets purchased, asked to be seated together, only one ticket received
I went and bought two tickets, but then another family member wanted to come as well. I sent a message asking if we could all sit together, however only one ticket arrived. It seems they only wanted to go if we were all together. The customer service was really bad and it felt like a waste of money. They weren't honest with us and gave us false information.

Concert tickets
I recently bought concert tickets from this platform and it was a total disaster. The ticket I got couldn't be changed to my name, even though they checked IDs at the event. I tried to sort it out with customer service for days, but they didn't fix it in time. Just 24 hours before the event, they cancelled my ticket and offered a replacement that was way worse than what I paid for. And to make matters worse, I saw similar tickets now selling for much more. I felt really ripped off and would tell others to steer clear of this platform.
