I ordered a big glass splashback for a wall that had a new socket put in. Gave them measurements and a snap of the nearby tiles for guidance. A designer at the company did the job and it turned out amazing. The glass came a bit late, maybe because of a shortage, but overall, everything went well and the final product was even better than I hoped for.

Cancelled order issue
I've been having a nightmare dealing with customer service after my order was cancelled but still showing as delivered on my account. My spouse, who usually deals with these things because of my hearing impairment, managed to sort it out on the first few calls. But since then, we've just been getting unhelpful responses. Today they said my spouse's authorisation had expired so they couldn't help any more. It's been so frustrating and annoying, I'm at my wits' end. It's not fair that there aren't better ways to communicate, especially for people like me with hearing problems.

With all the COVID-19 travel restrictions going on, I had to sort out accommodation for our family trips to Venice and the Cyclades. I compared prices on the hotel websites and UTC, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that UTC had much lower prices for both spots. The booking process was easy-peasy, whether I did it online or called up their customer service for help. I haven't checked out any other options yet, but the money I've saved just on hotels has already justified the membership fees for me.

I bought three column fruit trees from this company not long ago, and I have to say I'm really happy with them. The lady on the chat asked for my transaction ID, which took me a while to find. She kept insisting on calling me even though I told her I was expecting an important call. When she finally called, she was rude and wouldn't let me speak. I couldn't understand her because of her aggressive tone. The conversation was so unpleasant that I had to hang up and block her number after getting many unwanted follow-up calls.
