Issue with bonus
I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from this platform. I've tried to get in touch with customer support several times about my missing bonus, but the problem still hasn't been sorted out. It's really frustrating that they haven't been communicating with me properly or following up on the issue. I wouldn't recommend investing or putting any money into this platform because they don't seem to care about making their customers happy.
Slow transaction processing
I recently had a really annoying experience with Uphold. I just wanted to make a transaction, but it took way longer than I thought it would. I also didn't like having to input the recipient's personal or company name - it seemed unnecessary for a simple transaction. I was trying to make my finances simpler, but because of all the hassle, I ended up deleting my account. Even after I did that, Uphold told me they would hang on to my personal data for 5 years, which felt like a bit much. Overall, I wasn't happy with how things went down and I'd definitely advise others to give Uphold a miss and go for a more efficient platform like Coinbase.
Withdrawal issue
I've just had a bit of a problem with Uphold - when I tried to withdraw my earnings, my account got flagged and now I can't get to my funds. It's really frustrating because I didn't have any trouble putting money in. I saw some bad reviews about Uphold online, and I wish I'd seen them before I started investing with them. Now, I'm just hoping that I don't end up losing all the money I've worked hard for because of this surprise hiccup.
