I'm wondering why it's taking them so long. I have zero trust in them and I'm concerned that they might be keeping my money for personal gain. I wouldn't suggest this website to anyone, it's a total disaster!

Withdrawal delay issue
My withdrawal request has been waiting for more than a day now, and even after I've followed up multiple times through the ticket support system, there's been no update or solution given. It's really annoying not to have live chat or a phone number for direct communication when I need help. I've used other crypto exchanges before and never had problems withdrawing funds like this. My account is fully verified and I've never had any issues with deposits from my banks until now. The ticket ID for my current withdrawal delay is 3543211.
High fees, invasive verification process
It was so annoying to have to pay a big fee just to take out a little cash. The charges for every transaction are crazy high and it just doesn't feel fair. They make you give so much personal info during the verification process, asking about who you're sending money to and bringing up terrorism and money laundering stuff. And then, when you actually try to get your money, there are always problems with the system. All in all, it's been a really frustrating and costly time.
Money Transfer to Canada
I tried to transfer money to Canada using this service, and it was a terrible experience. My money seemed to be stuck, and even after I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, I didn't get any useful help. As a customer from Canada, I felt completely ignored and neglected by Uphold.
Forgot tag number
I made a mistake by forgetting to include my tag number when sending to my wallet, but the Uphold team sorted it out swiftly and within the given time frame. Thanks to their excellent service, I am now a committed Uphold customer for life!
Customer service experience
The customer service at this place feels so robotic, all I get are these generic, copy-and-paste responses. It's like banging my head against a brick wall! They constantly hound you for personal details and even go as far as threatening to shut down your account if you don't give in. It's beyond frustrating! I couldn't even get my money out because of their nonsense. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place, it's an absolute nightmare!
Trouble accessing account
I've never had such a hard time with an online platform before. The two-factor authentication just doesn't seem to work right when I try to log in, and it's really difficult to get into my account. The customer support hasn't been much help, and I still can't figure out how to access my money that's stuck in there.

I used to reckon that the customer support was really great, but now it feels like they might be better off switching to AI. It would definitely be more efficient and cost-effective for everyone, particularly for the customers who have different alternatives. PayPal has already made the change to enhance the overall experience, so it's just a matter of time before others do the same.
