I recently had a really bad experience with the MOT service from Fixter. Despite the cheap prices they advertised, I discovered that the garage was trying to sell me unnecessary repairs for things that didn't actually need fixing. They said things like the lights needed realigning, but I had no way of knowing if this was true or not. And to top it off, they threatened not to give me my car back unless I agreed to the repairs. This happened not once, but twice, which made me feel really ripped off. I can't help but wonder if Fixter gets some kind of kickback from these garages for pushing these extra services. It's such a shame because my car was only three years old with less than 10,000 miles on the clock when they said it needed all this work.

What a surprise! I've been a loyal customer for years and was happy with everything, especially the customer service. But out of nowhere, they just stopped delivering to Israel without telling me. Even though the delivery info on the EU site said they could deliver to Israel, one person said yes and another said no. It was so frustrating! Oh my goodness, this new hotel is absolutely amazing. It's just around the corner from the DLR, so I can reach Bank tube station in about 15 minutes. The surroundings are really relaxed, with a lovely little garden at the front. The staff were fantastic, especially Priscilla at the bar/cafe/restaurant. She was so professional and friendly when I arrived on the 30th of May in 2024 at 5.30pm. Travelodge, you're really excelling in terms of value, quality, and convenience! 😊

Me and my mum popped into this fancy shop in Belfast and we got some help from this guy called Luke in choosing a necklace and earrings. He was really nice and knew his stuff. We've been to this shop a few times now and it's always been a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Flight transfer service
I recently used a flight transfer service to get from the airport to my new home on the other side of the world. It was a long and exhausting 22-hour flight, but when I arrived, a driver from the transport service was there to welcome me. He was really polite and had a nice car waiting for me. They had taken care of all the little details I had given them before, and they were super efficient with their responses. I've used this service in Indo-China before, and after this great experience, I definitely plan to continue using it in the future. Plus, the prices are really reasonable, which is a bonus!
