    Second insurance claim assistance

    This was my second time needing to sort out some insurance stuff with Bikmo because of another accident. I have to say, the support team was absolutely brilliant once again in helping me out and going through my claim. From putting in the claim online to chatting over email with the team, it all only took less than two weeks. I can't thank them enough for being so quick and professional throughout the whole thing.     Electric bike battery replacement

    I had the battery nicked from my electric bike not long ago. When I told the company about it, I was really pleased with how quickly they got back to me. The customer service team were great at keeping me updated, and I could tell they were keen to sort out my problem as soon as possible.     I bought bike insurance from this company not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed. The price was reasonable and the terms were straightforward and easy to grasp.     Stolen e-bike claim

    I was really pleased with how quickly they got back to me about my stolen e-bike claim. It was all pretty straightforward, although they did ask for some extra info once I'd filled in the claims form. I liked that they were happy to accept other evidence when I couldn't find the original receipt. They also gave me a good tip to keep your receipts safe and take snaps of your valuable stuff. Big shout out to Jess, the lady who handled my claim - she was super helpful and efficient the whole way through.

    It can be a harsh world sometimes, you know. I had two bikes that I absolutely loved, and they got pinched off me in the past. But then Bikmo stepped in to help me out. A lot of other insurance companies seem to just be all about turning down claims, but Bikmo actually cared about the stuff I lost. It's a shame I might not be able to get insurance again in the future because of how much crime there is, but I get that they can't insure an endless amount of bikes.

    Insurance claim process experience

    My experience dealing with my insurance claim through this company was pretty up and down. The folks there, especially Tom, were really helpful and knew their stuff. But the big problem was they rely on an outside company, Hiscox, to handle the claims. That caused a lot of delays and really got on my nerves because then my claim got sent off to another company, Crawford. Dealing with Crawford was a hassle, loads of forms and it felt like they were trying to find any reason not to pay out.

    Claimed for accidental damage on carbon frame

    I had to make a claim because my bike got damaged in a low-speed crash off-road. The carbon frame failed, but luckily it was replaced for free because of the guarantee. I did have to pay for some labour and other parts, though. I thought Bikmo did a good job with the claim process. They were efficient and explained everything clearly. I'm happy with how it all worked out.

    In the past few years, I've had a few insurance claims to deal with - stolen handlebars, vandalism, and the latest one being a theft. Despite the hassle, I must say that each time I had to make a claim, the folks at the insurance company were really helpful and friendly. You can tell they love bikes and cycling, which definitely eases the whole process. It's nice to know there are people out there who truly care about their customers and what they need.

    Broken bike, happy customer

    My bike totally broke, which was really sad. But I contacted these awesome folks (they're kind of like bike therapists, honestly) and they were super reassuring. Ryan got me sorted in a jiffy and I was back on the road with a big grin. They're just amazing, honestly.
