I booked my mum's car in for a service on this website, and it was really easy to do. We were surprised at how quick the whole process was. I'm really upset about the terrible "service" I received from this place! I attempted three times to have my car MOTd and serviced, but it was completely pointless. Initially, they cancelled my appointment due to the technician being unwell. Then after rescheduling for a Friday, the technician couldn't come as he was trapped on the motorway. I don't understand why they couldn't come to my workplace considering it's nearby. To top it off, they cancelled on me once more the following week without offering an alternative. I'm frustrated because now my current MOT has expired!
