Heathrow is the only place which to trust for safe and secure parking
Heathrow is trustworthy for parking cars. I keep my cars here while traveling. security, safety and reliability have no question of doubt here. the price they offer is cheaper than other and near to car terminals and other places as well
POD Parking, Lack of communication, High tech system
I was really let down as a customer by the POD parking service at Heathrow Airport. When we got back from our flight, the POD parking system was broken down with no warning. We had to trek to the POD bays, only to see a sign saying it was out of action and telling us to go to the bus stop. It was dark and late, and we had to hang about for a replacement bus for a good 10 minutes near a busy road. The fact that there was no heads up about this high tech system being down is just not on.
Don't trust their website
Yeah, so I left my car at this place and they've got this sketchy website that starts using your information for who knows what! I mean, they managed to get into my Facebook and Amazon accounts and couldn't even give me a decent explanation. Not cool at all, mate.
Car parking at Heathrow
I was absolutely gobsmacked by how terrible my experience was at the airport parking lot. The staff didn't have a clue what they were doing, the toilets were absolutely disgusting, and the waiting area was so filthy that I had to clean it myself before I could even sit down. It's unbelievable to me that a place like this could be in a major airport like Heathrow.
